Good Evening Ladies!

I need some opinions and hopefully someone here is experiencing maybe the same thing.
This morning I woke up with a ache on my rightside. On the right side of my stomach. It's a dull ache and not severe at all.
I feel is when I'm walking or moving around sitting down. The area is also tender to the touch. This would make me a first time mother so everything is making me nervous I must admit. I also had a open myomectomy to remove 4 large fibroids but a total of 19 fibroids June 2017.

Re: Right side Abdominal Tenderness (4 weeks 6 days)

  • I have had all sorts of different aches and pains since my BFP. I would call your doctor if you are concerned.

  • Thank you for the reply!
  • I'm a week ahead of you and had something similar last week. It lasted only a few days. My best guess is that it's round ligament pain.
  • I had the same pains at the same day and went to the ER to be sure as it felt like an ovarian cyst and I thought potentially it could have been ectopic. They did an ultrasound and the gestational sac is neatly in my uterus but I have a 5.4cm cyst on my left ovary, which after extensive googling is a corpus luteum and apparently every pregnancy woman has them! If you’re concerned it could be more then head to your doctor.
  • Sorry to hear that you are having pains that are causing you worry. You are not alone in that here. Like @eleven_ said, a follow up with your doctor is wise as we can’t give a medical explanation of what is going on. Especially since it sounds like you have a prior history with surgery.

Also, these one off posts that only have a question pertaining to one person are discouraged here, unless you are suspecting MC. This question would be perfect for the symptoms thread instead. If everyone created a thread each time they had a symptom. The board would be hard to navigate.

Go ahead and introduce yourself in the intro thread and read the other pinned announcements at the top.

Hope your doctors appointment goes well!
