It's been a while since we've had one of these check-ins and now that we all should be in 2nd trimester there should be energy back to crush those goals, right? Hopefully?!

Any new goals for this week? Workout/ go for a walk if it’s nice out at least 2 times.
Making any modifications? Is doing nothing a modification? Sept was a crazy month so I’ve been out of sync for awhile.
GTKY - What do you usually wear when you workout? Shorts or leggings and a T-shirt.
How are your fitness goals going? Great! My big goal of this pregnancy was to run a half marathon and I ran it yesterday at 17+5 and I feel great and also kind of like a badass for going 13 miles while carrying a human.
Any new goals for this week? The goal for this week is active recovery. I will rest today and then do some preggo yoga and maybe some light running this week.
Making any modifications? Not exactly workout related, but I am finding I need to be more careful about the movements I make when I am picking up and/or carrying my daughter. She weighs about 40lbs and lifting her and twisting is causing me some back/ab strain so I am trying to be more careful.
GTKY - What do you usually wear when you workout? In the summer and before my belly popped I was just in my regular running shorts and tank tops. Now that it’s getting colder and I have a real bump I have switched to my preggo GapFit leggings. I have a Capri and a full length pair, both with full panel, and they’re pretty comfy.

How are your fitness goals going? Ok, mostly hitting them, but feeling like it’s not enough.
Any new goals for this week? Trying to add some circuit training to my current walking and yoga goals.
Making any modifications? Working on getting back to healthy eating since I’m starting to feel better. Hopefully that will help with appropriate weight gain.
GTKY - What do you usually wear when you workout? Running short and athletic tank when it’s hot out, all about the running tights in the cold! Mostly just upsize during pregnancy.
They're going great! I feel fantastic, but different with a teeny bit of a belly. I only made it to the gym 4x last week, but one of my classes was especially long and I walked allllll around the zoo Sunday afternoon so I am counting it as meeting my 5x goal. I signed up for the Hot Chocolate Run (a 5k) the week of Thanksgiving and I'm really excited about it!
Any new goals for this week?
Same goals, make it to 5 classes. Right now I am on track, I just have to keep my eating in check so I can go at the end of the day and not feel like I am going to barf throughout the whole workout.
Making any modifications?
No more abs and my running and rowing paces are significantly slower.
GTKY - What do you usually wear when you workout?
I love a good pair of compression pants and a tank top. I am a heat fainter so I have to stay nice and cool.

They were going pretty well. I pretty much do beachbody workouts, averaging about 5 per week.

Hopefully not. Have to keep up the better eating and definitely drink more water.
Making any modifications?
Perhaps. Had some bleeding yesterday and am taking it easy now. US tomorrow. Was on bedrest last pregnancy so being able to even to walking or easier workouts this time around would be 100% better

When I go out its yoga leggings and tank. at my house its anything. sweats, pjs, etc. not worth the extra laundry...
@BuckeyeNut05 I've heard of a hot chocolate race and now I think I need to find one if solely for the pullover and hot chocolate
How are your fitness goals going? I've been on a rollercoaster the last couple weeks. I'll have 3 really good workout days and then I go downhill and only want to walk. Frustrating but I'm doing my best to listen to my body.
Any new goals for this week? Only walked yesterday after waking up sick so this week's small goal is 4 more walks and 3 strength workouts. Traveling this weekend for brother's wedding so that might make things tricky...
Making any modifications? I quit doing burpees and do squat thrusts instead but that's the only one I can think of right now? Besides the 30-35lb weight limit I've been following since my confirming appointment.
GTKY - What do you usually wear when you workout? Tank top & shorts. Most of my tank tops are about running - I need to find some with fun phrases besides cardio!
Any new goals for this week? I downloaded Move your Bump by Nancy Anderson so my new goal is to follow the guide as best as possible. I'm hoping these at home workouts will help with scheduling out my days.
Making any modifications? I've only done one of the workouts so far but definitely give myself a little more rest inbetween sets.
