I exclusively pumped for my last baby and the cleaning tip that saved me was you can put your pump parts in the fridge a few times between pumpings and not have to clean them. Any excess milk on the parts is kept cold so it doesn't go bad between sessions. If you are pumping around the clock like I was, this will save you tons of time. To actually clean them, I would just throw everything in the dishwasher at the end of the day.

I have a dedicated wash bin and bottle brush that are only for pump parts.  That way I can toss the parts in the fridge during the day and toss them in a basin of warm soapy water after my last pump.  I just handwash and allow to air dry on a clean dishtowel in order to avoid exposing the plastic parts to the heat of the dishwasher.  And then I hand dry with paper towel if need be as I assemble.
