  Of course it's possible that you're not. It's also possible that you are. You're just going to have to wait at this point. 
  
  The tests say to test with your first urine of the morning. I'm assuming your doctor's appointment was not at 6:30 am, and you had already peed a few times that day. If so, I'm not surprised her test could be faint while yours was more clear. 
  
  It is surprising to me that they don't trust your positive and send you for blood work or give another test to confirm. Maybe this varies by practice, but my practice took my word for it, and my first appointment was a dating ultrasound, and, yup, there was a baby on the screen.
