Loving my doctor today

I had an appointment this morning. My blood pressure is on the low side And I’m a little anemic which causes me to get light-headed here and there so she recommended I eat Frosted Mini Wheats. Cereal?  Yes please!!

    @knottief432fca0458735cd That’s fun advice. :-) Its always good when the doctor says something we like to hear.  

    You can post this type of topic in the thread called “Randoms”. Also, please change your screen name when you get a chance so we can tell you apart from all the other “knotties” that get added to the group and get to know you better. You may have to log out and log in again before it actually updates your new name.
