I don’t have any recipes handy but my mom and I plan on making lentil soup, zuppa toscana soup, chicken enchilada casserole, lasagna, chili, and tortilla soup.
Oh man, I have so many. I mostly use newleafwellness.biz and look at crockpot freezer meals. I use them in the day-to-day, not just for PP life.
She has some compilations, but I don't usually like all the recipes in one because i'm a very specific eater, so I've made my own in a Google Doc. It has 14 recipes and a shopping list for making all of them. Just did a batch yesterday, actually!

The only crockpot freezer meal that i have personally tried and can verify tastes great after freezing and reheating is pulled pork. Ive made it a ton of different ways, but they usually taste relatively the same and the easiest is to buy those mckormic seasoning packets and follow the instructions (then freeze in meal-size portions)
Ill be checking out the websites the other ladies posted! Thanks!
I love Pinch of Yum as a food blogger in general and she recently did a post with 12 healthy freezer meals, I'm thinking of trying out. I'm a pretty avid follower of her insta-pot recipes. https://pinchofyum.com/12-healthy-freezer-meals
https://www.eatingonadime.com/instant-pot-loaded-baked-potato-soup-recipe/ I changed it up by sautéing the bacon in the instant pot first. I removed the bacon an sautéed the onion, garlic, and butter in the bacon grease. I also used cornstarch as a thickening agent because I already had it and I also used my immersion blender to make it super creamy.
I’m making stuffed shells, lasagna, enchiladas, and a few bags of soup ingredients prepped for the crockpot. DH and DS are both pretty good in the kitchen so I’m also making a few weeks worth of menus with recipes so they just have to follow directions for making non-frozen items.

We have been experimenting with our pressure cooker. My husband and I both work and we have been cooking a lot of meals, from boiled ham dinner, to soups, pot roasts and beef stew. So after this one gets here I will be using it way more. It's easier than a crock pot and takes less time.

It's a subscription service but I signed up for a trail and stocked up with those!
I also doubled a recipe of what I was cooking if it would freeze well.
I'm also thinking of joining HelloFresh or something like that in case I don't get to doing freezer meals this time around

DD eats almost nothing (just fruit, yogurt, bread, cheese, plain pasta) and so these would be for DH and I.
