Freemie pump trouble?

Anyone get any of the freemie pumps? I have the independence. Just put it all together and tried testing it out but can't get any suction at all (on or off of me). It says when you turn it off and turn suction up you should see some internal parts moving but nothing! Contacted the company but haven't heard back. Anyone else have any trouble or success?

    I just used mine for the first time this morning and it worked ok. There are a lot of pieces though, are you sure you have it assembled correctly (I’m sorry, I feel silly asking you that, but i did it wrong the first time!).

    Ugh. Just tried mine for the second time and the same thing happened. No suction at all. Did the company respond to you?

    im sure there is just a learning curve with it, but I’m using by Spectra and trying to troubleshoot.

    They responded and ended up sending me a new pump that worked! I wasn't getting suction out of the machine. All of the inserts / tubes were fine though!
