Oil use during pregnancy

Ladies....I came down with a pretty good head cold .There really isnt anything i can take. I am 12w5d. Have you used pure essential oils to treat a cold suring your pregnancy.

    There are some medications you can take. I suggest you review any info your doctor gave you or give them a call.

    I wouldn't trust anything, unless my doctor okayed it.  "Natural" or not.

    If you want to go a natural route use a neti pot it is great for clearing sinuses. I personally would not feel comfortable ingesting oils while pregnant but peppermint under your nose or on your chest helps but always clear it with your dr first
