This is a place for FTMs to ask questions and S+TMs to share the wealth of knowledge they've accumulated on baby products. Each week we'll spotlight a new category of product to help streamline and make it easier to refer back. This week it's....teething accessories!

(Also just a reminder that if anyone wants to revive old threads to ask questions as we get further along and it becomes more likely everyone is doing further research, please feel free!)

worked well for dd for soothing at nighttime.
also recommend the baby banana training toothbrush: https://www.amazon.com/Baby-Banana-Training-Toothbrush-Teether/dp/B002QYW8LW?crid=KXO0NW9IB5EP&keywords=baby+banana+toothbrush&qid=1536003222&sprefix=baby+banana+&sr=8-3&ref=mp_s_a_1_3
most everything else (as far as toys to gnaw on) she wasn’t into. sometimes a damp washcloth from the freezer to chew on was satisfying.
can i also say that i really wasn’t a fan of those silicone bead teething necklaces for mom to wear that look so great in theory. my hair would get caught in the beads, and my kid was more into pulling on it rather than gnawing. these (not my picture... wish i was that stylish)—
DD never liked specific teething products very much. Like @highsteaks, she would chew on frozen washcloths from time to time, but other than that she didn't gravitate towards one product more than anything else. Another thing we tried that was recommended to me was a frozen waffle--DD had a ton of fun chewing on one (when she was old enough for table food).
Don't get Sophie the Giraffe. It's so expensive and honestly just kind of stupid. It squeaks really loudly like a dog toy and DD never really liked it, and she most definitely never chewed on it.

DD did like the nuby icybite products. You can put them in the fridge and the liquid inside cools. The keys are the most popular but there are lots of others.
Also...Tylenol and Advil. Check with pedi about dosing guidelines.

With DS we often used the frozen wash cloth or frozen strawberries in a teether when he was old enough for solids. He actually liked Sophie although I thought it was pretty annoying to have the dog pacing around hearing the squeak. My DS was an extended chewer and took comfort having things to chew so we eventually switched to one of these which I totally recommend:
