Re: Sep 2018 FET

  • Welcome to the party @kfs0875! Hope your cycle cooperates so you can transfer this month :)

@j1006, I thought implantation bleed could last a few days as it burrows further into your lining. Not sure though. What DPT will it be for you tomorrow? Fx for your HPT.

@northbeach3 no preparation they asked me to come early in the morning tomorrow. So trying hard to sleep. But obviously I am either too nervous or excited. Can't sleep

for what it's worth, I had spotting throughout my first trimester starting from around 5 or 6 dpt. I didn't spot for any of my BFN's -- should have been my first clue something was going on. So I hope that;s the case for you!

Has anyone ever had positives on a FRER but a negative digital BUT still had a good beta? Im really starting to think this is a another chemical. I had negatives on a digital last night and this morning. you would think that since i got my first positive 3 days ago the digital should be positive by now as well  Tomorrow cant get here soon enough
  • @justharrison what brand is your digital? Last round I got positives on FRER but it took me a few days to turn a Clear Blue digital positive. I don’t think some of the digitals are as sensitive.

Thanks for the reassurance everyone. I had another BFN this morning. I’m 6dp5dt. Last round I had a squinter in the evening 6dpt. I guess I’m stopping for more tests on my way home from work :)
  • @J1006 i used CLear Blue  :/ it was the only digital at the grocery store. Maybe tomorrow it will turn positive.
Dont you just hate spending so much on tests? I wish i had enough willpower to wait

  • @justharrison what are the other tests doing?

I wish I would have screen capped the sensitivity chart of all the diff tests, but I have vague recollection that the digitalis require higher HCG levels. Like 50 or more. FRER is definitely the most sensitive and able to pick up below 25 hcg (which is typical sensitivity of most pee sticks). I had a faint but visible line on FRER at 6.5 hcg (confirmed with beta).

What DPT are you @justharrison? 8? 9? Your beta is tomorrow? I hope you’re numbers are just borderline for the digital’s sensitivity and things are moving in the right direction.

Sorry no line yet @j1006. Any chance you could hold out until tomorrow morning? I feel like the tests make me crazy. :) of course you may just have more anxiety not testing! Fx for you.

Beautiful embie and transfer @bkatp!! Take it easy today!! Hope you have some good shows line up. :)

  • @bkatp glad everything went well!!

@northbeach3 I’m definitely going to wait until morning to test again. All I have left is a digital and those are just horrible when they come back negative so I’m going to pick up a couple more regular first responses. I feel like the digitals just kick out with the Not Pregnant staring you in the face.

@justharrison I don’t even want to know how much money I’ve spent on pregnancy tests over the years. I am not patient enough to wait until beta day though.
  • @mayflower513 yes they are slowly getting darker but that happened with every one of my chemicals as well.
  • @northbeach3 i am 8dpt today. That is what i am hoping- that my hcg is right below the cutoff and i will have a decent beta tomorrow.
  • @J1006 i know what you mean- i used to exclusively use FRER and would test 1-2 times a day each cycle. I now use 1 FRER a day and one Wondfo (my husband is becoming resistant to forking out money for the expensive tests. But like you it is not possible for me to just wait lol
  • Update

I took another digital this evening and it finally said pregnant  :):) i am assuming this means my hcg is right at 50, which means it most likely wont be anywhere near 100 for tomorrows bloodwork.

  • don't stress too much about your HCG @justharrison! your starting beta is pretty meaningless without following it to see if it doubles.  remember that the FRERs can catch hcg as low as 6.5 hcg, so you've been following them since they could first pick it up... doubling can take as much as 72 hours, so you could be right where you should be.  we're rooting for you!

    @bkatp yay to being pupo.

@J1006 6dpt can still be early. Hopefully it will start showing soon. I’ve already bought 2 boxes of frer - impatiently waiting for Friday or Saturday to test.

I can’t believe it’s only been 2 days since transfer!
  • @justharrison
also remember blood HCG concentrations are higher often than urine -- particularly because urine can be easily diluted if you're staying well hydrated.

Good luck with beta tomorrow @justharrison.

@J1006 when is ur beta ? . Good luck hpt test ur planning for tomorrow with FRER

Thanks @babydust2507 and @mrsyng. I don't have courage to do hpt. I'll wait till beta dunno when that is, I'll know Friday.
  • @justharrison. GL today!!

@bkatp my beta is either Sunday or Monday. If someone else has to go in for monitoring or something on Sunday I can go in. If not, I wait until Monday.

I think I think I see the faintest second line when I angle it a certain way. Could also be my eyes playing tricks on me. I have two tests left so I’ll test tomorrow and Saturday and hopefully beta on Sunday.
  • @J1006 show us so we can help you analyze.  ;)
  • Thanks everyone for the well wishes. They just called with my result: 41, they feel this is another chemical due to such a low number and that instart spotting. They are having me come back on Sunday just to makensure my numbers have dropped off.

  • oh @justharrison I'm so very sorry. What dpt are you? Are they sure?
  • Oh no @justharrison I’m so sorry I hope it’s not so.
  • oh man, the suspense on this board!  i'm sorry that your HCG levels aren't a bit higher @justharrison, but we can hold complete judgment until your s@justharrison

still waiting with baited breath for you too, @j1006. hoping you get some darkening lines.

AFM, I'm just so excited to be starting PIO again.... *cough* NOT.  Ugh, my butt had finally recovered from PIO in march.  I think i already have a bruise from my first shot last night. :(

Sorry i just dropped off for a few. I needed a good cry and junk food.
@chamomile-2 i was 9dp5dt yesterday. They are pretty sure but are having come back sunday to check my levels one last time.
@mrsyng me too but ive been down this same exact road 5 other times so i know better than to get my hopes up.
@babydust2507 yes i will go back on sunday for a final check. They said there was a very slim chance that things could turn itself around (they said there have been studies done that show male embryos are slow to get going & FET are slow to get going as well.
@northbeach3 I have a whole ritual for PIO to combat the lumps and soreness but i feel like after 2 weeks nothing really helps.
  • @justharrison I think for 9dpt that that isn’t that bad.  It would make it about 75 on 10dpt.
