  • EDD?
    Jan 21

    Symptoms?
I've been feeling pretty good actually. Still constipated unfortunately, but I have found that exercising actually really helps.

    Upcoming appointments?
Next centering appointment is September 17, then another ultrasound on September 26 to get the pictures that they couldn't get last time.

R/R/Q: Have any of you signed up for baby classes? What are you taking?

GTKY: Have you had your anatomy scan yet? Any unexpected results?
    Its a girl! Super excited.

    EDD? 1/15

Symptoms? I’m constipated too...I never imagined that my most consistent pregnancy symptom would be constipation! I had some bad headaches last weekend but fortunately those have stopped for a bit.

Upcoming appointments? 22 week prenatal appt on Wednesday, fetal echocardiogram on 9/19

R/R/Q: We finally decided last weekend to rent a storage unit to move stuff into to make room for Baby in our small apartment. So we’ve been busy doing that.

GTKY: Have you had your anatomy scan yet? Any unexpected results? Yes, and we successfully stayed Team Green! One funny thing is that the baby is measuring in the 45th percentile overall but the 99th percentile for arm length. We’ve been joking that he or she will be very good at helping us reach things! We also found out that my placenta is in front, which is likely why I haven’t felt definite baby movements yet.

@Rachel2066, we’re signed up for Prepared Childbirth classes in November and an Infant CPR class in late October. The hospital also offers classes on basic infant care and on breastfeeding, but I’m on the fence about those. They’d probably be a good idea but it’s just hard to fit everything in before the baby comes!

  • EDD? Jan. 19!

Symptoms? Nothing too major, my morning/all day sickness has for the most part subsided, I did have one bad day this week where I couldn't keep my breakfast down, but generally feeling good.

     Upcoming appointments?
    Nothing for a few weeks.

R/R/Q: DD1 has been waving to my belly, and kissing my belly. I'm loving it.

GTKY: Have you had your anatomy scan yet? Any unexpected results? Have had the anatomy scan, nothing unexpected, except a negative tech, but I just he grand scheme, pretty good result
  • Thanks for posting!  EDD? 1/17/18

Symptoms? Lower back ache radiating to left butt cheek. Trying to walk with better posture, use heating pad, and hit up prenatal yoga tonight.

Upcoming appointments? Taking a personal day off work on Friday 9/14 for anatomy scan and OBGYN.

R/R/Q: My boss keeps telling me I'm waddling. I get along well with her and I've been fine with her comments about how pregnant I'm looking. She knows I did IVF and am super excited, so it's been kind of fun for her to acknowledge it. But please don't use the term waddling about me. Ever. :-/

GTKY: Have you had your anatomy scan yet? Any unexpected results? Fortunately everything has been normal so far, but we are still getting a lot of scans at this center. On Friday if OBGYN suggests more, I'm asking for what is strictly necessary. These copays add up!
