Does anyone know how much biotin is safe during pregnancy? My hair is falling out so I want to take a supplement. My current prenatal vitamins don't contain biotin.

    I’d ask your doctor, personally. As none of us are trained medical professionals (that I know of) and shouldn’t give medical advice of this nature. Each doctor may have differing opinions on the matter and I personally would only trust my doctors opinion. 

    We have two sleeping beauties in heaven.
