Kiddo is starting to learn to climb, so we expect its only a matter of weeks before he figures out how to escape his crib. So far, we haven't done much baby proofing in terms of his room because hell, he's 2, he's always supervised in there. The only thing we've really got is the outlets are covered.
What do we need to do to prep his room for a transition to a toddler bed? Like, what should I be aware of that I haven't thought of before? Here's what I've got so far:
Table lamp to replace wobbly floor lamp
Bolt all the furniture to wall
Hide monitor cord behind furniture, put monitor up on the wall (currently just on a dress)
Replace blinds with magnetic ones (we have cords atm)
Shorten the curtain (should I just remove them?)
