I miscarried today at 9 weeks.currently I am bleeding and cramping.doctors will give a D&C if my hormones dont go down naturally
. They sent me home with no after care .anything I should be doing?

Please Jesus tell my baby mommy loves him.

    I’m so sorry for your loss. We had a missed miscarriage at the end of June and today I am pretty sure I am miscarrying again. Pretty much go in for blood work when they want and hope your levels go down quickly so you can start TTC again.

    The only thing to do us take it easy. Rest physically and emotionally. Feel your feelings with not holding back. Sorry for your loss.
