ER visits...

This is my third pregnancy. My first two ended in MC 6 and 7 years ago. I thought, foolishly, that getting pregnant again would be a calming, exciting experience. I was wrong. I have been overwhelmed with fear and anxiety since I found out 3 weeks ago. 

I had spotting (pink and super light) for the 3rd time today. Cue my fourth ER visit
E (24) + DH (30)
2 first trimester losses (2011, 2012)
Actively TTC since January 2014
Project RAINBOW<3

    I had a scare this afternoon after a romp with DH; got up to get dressed and there was a fair amount of blood. I would go to the ER but I'm not in any pain, nor am I actively still bleeding, and I know that bleeding after sex is supposedly normal in the first trimester but the fear is still there. I hope everything is ok <3

    Me: 32 / DH: 33
    DD born: 3/31/19

    All I can say is that sex is off the table until the second trimester. Apparently my cervix doesn’t like it and then I worry. Every. Single. Time.

    @EveryStormX2 I 100% feel you on taking sex off the table - I bled very easily during my first two pregnancies, and it made sex absolute torture mentally.  You're allowed to cut yourself a break!  Also: are there any ultrasound studios in your area?  Basically you pay $100 or something to pop in and just see your baby and hear its heartbeat.  I have never gone to one because it seems like a slippery slope - I'd be tempted to go every day!  But if you're feeling serious anxiety, maybe that's a way to ease it without the stress and cost of an emergency room visit.

    @RainNFyre so happy to hear things are OK! I always feel silly after going, but it’s such a relief! 12 more hours and I get to see my baby love again! It’s such a reassurance!
