Belly popping??

sounds weird but when I stretch sometimes or get up from laying down my belly pops and it's really uncomfortable. I've talked to my OB about it and she said it's possible two bones are rubbing together. I kind of feel like I may be breaking baby boys bones.(although I know it's most likely not possible)  Anyone else experiencing this?
