Rant: 1) Did I mention the itching? 2) Things no one tells you about pregnancy #587: the unfortunate dangers of sneezing lol
Rave: We finally have the nursery cleared out, and are ready to start painting soon!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
I POAS religiously after IVF, and finally got a very faint line the morning of 8dp5dt. I tested again that night, and the line was much stronger. I told DH by asking him if he could please grill our steak that night to (sigh) medium instead of our normal medium rare. He knew something was up because I'm very picky about steak temps, but it took him a minute to catch on to the reason.
@AshVA bahaha to the consequences of sneezing. So true!!
EDD? 1/06/19
Symptoms? Some shortness of breath. RLP. Food aversion and general stomach upset. Oh and carpal tunnel.
Upcoming appointments? My anatomy scan is tomorrow. It’s a super crazy comprehensive appointment where you get vitals, meet with a geneticist, get the scan, and meet with an MFM. I’m starting to freak out about the possibility of finding that something is wrong.
R/R/Q: Nada!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? H and I were kind of NTNP after a super surprise CP the month prior. I knew we probably had timing (thanks to an overnight trip without DD who at the time was only 9.5 months old). I was supposed to be having a wine night at my moms with my Aunts, so I stopped and grabbed a few $.88 tests from Walmart on the way to her house just to be sure. I took the test in her bathroom and thought at first it was negative. Then when I took it out to my car I was pretty sure I saw a faint line. I showed some of my friends from a bump private group and they were iffy. I took another when I got home that night + an FRER and it was definitely positive. H was at work and when he called me on his way home at like 9:30 I just kind of blurted our - so yeah I’m probably pregnant.

Upcoming appointments? I won't go back for another 4 weeks to do the glucola test.
R/R/Q: Rave: I am still wrapping my head around the fact we are having a little boy. I am over the moon excited to get to be a boy mom too. Rant: I don't know if this is a true rant but I have gained more weight so far than I would have liked. Mainly not even the scale number but where I'm gaining, in my legs and back lol. It's mainly because I eat like shit and stopped exercising a few weeks ago. I'm hoping to get back to healthier snacks and being more active.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? We had been trying for about 9 months so I was temping and testing with ovulation strips. I always told myself to wait to test at least until I was 2 days before my missed period (rarely ever made it that long). But the month we actually conceived, I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the day of the wedding I would be 10 DPO. I told myself I would test that morning and if it was negative, I would participate in activities (mimosas, wine etc) as usual even though it could've been too early to tell. We of course I have no will power so I tested the night before and got the faintest positive ever. So I went and bought expensive tests in the morning and sure enough, it was positive. I wasn't going to see DH all day but he knew I was planning to test that morning so I FaceTimed him to tell/show him!
@AshVA I've resorted to crossing one leg over the other every time I have to sneeze lol. Still haven't figured out how to stop the shot of pain to my ab muscles though...
@BitterBetty12 Good luck with your A/S tomorrow! I know the pre-appointment jitters are hard to shake. I hope tomorrow brings you a sigh of relief!
1/7 - half-baked today!!!
RLP, peeing constantly, can't sleep, lower back pain, random nausea, pelvic pressure
No appointments until first week of September.
Rave: Thankfully, baby has been much more active after a quiet 4 days. DH got to feel kicks for the first time on Saturday and he got to see my belly move with the jabs on Sunday! He was over the moon!
Not super romantic over here - I POAS early after every transfer to test out my trigger (I did natural FETs). It was -ve 5dp5dt and I got a faint +ve on 6dp5dt. I don't think I said anything until 7dp5dt when I asked him to come compare the pee sticks lol. We were pretty sure by 8 and 9dpt that it was a real +ve when the lines were getting obviously darker. Beta was 10dp5dt and I was too nervous to look at the result on the portal so I got DH to log in for me and tell me the number.

U/S 19May - one bean measuring on track with a HB of 125! EDD: 07Jan2019 Team Green My Rainbow Baby Boy born 03Jan2019
Symptoms? Not much, light ms this morning and Friday I had some extra fatigue but it's been relatively easy so far.
Upcoming appointments? TODAY!!! I have my A/S today. I'm so excited to see little boy!!!
R/R/Q:I shared in the nursery thread but I'll share here too. My best friend came over and helped paint the nursery yesterday. I'm so incredibly lucky to have her not only in my life in general but to help me with this stuff. It turned out so beautiful. If there was a bed in the nursery I probably would have slept in there last night.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
I took a test and he was vacuuming and I couldn't stop smiling and he was like "what?!" And I told him lol
EDD? 1/1 or 1/2 - they keep bouncing btwn the 2 dates but I by my schedule 21wks tomorrow!
Symptoms? feeling super gross and large lately, heartburn, still having major food aversions and now I've got the leg and hand numbness going on.
Upcoming appointments? Tomorrow I have a fetal echocardiogram (IVF baby) and next week is my next OB appt
R/R/Q: Rant: I'm having problems bending over already which is making it difficult to do a lot of my house things. I actually had my 5 y/o cleaning with me yesterday so he could do the down low stuff Rave: I'm starting to get my energy back - I had iron infusions the past 2 wks and I think they are finally taking effect and it feels amazing!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I had a fresh IVF cycle and started POAS at 5dp5dt to "test out my trigger shot". Usually my trigger shots are gone at 3-4dpt so I was surprised to see a line. I took FRERs every day until 9dp5dt and watched the line get darker but didn't tell anyone until I texted DH a picture at 9dp5dt to tell him b/c he is a stickler about the 14 day timeframe. He still didn't believe it until I had beta #3 because we had 2 CPs before we had our son and DH is really hesitant now. Actually, I'm pretty sure it didn't really sink in with him until we were discharged to the OB because this was only our 2nd round of IVF this time and with our son we did it for 2.5 yrs.
@AshVA Yes!!! To the sneezing side effect! Hahahaha, and laughing too hard. Omg.
EDD? Jan 2nd.
Symptoms? Horrendous RLP if I'm a little backed up. The U/S tech said it's like having your ligament strummed continuously when that happens, which made total sense to me as I was dying every time I moved this morning.
R/R/Q: At this precise second (and no other second will be the exact same as this one!) I am feeling totally mellow and stable. Not much going on, but ask me again in the next second and I'm sure something will be up.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I more or less just knew. Things happen for me like clockwork, and there's only so long I could be like, "All the PMS symptoms are there, but there's no actual M..." So at 5 weeks, I took a test and it came up positive. Hubby decided to make a business call at the same time as I was doing the POAS, which super annoyed me because he knew what I was doing, and I just threw the test on his desk and went and read a book. Hahaha, so romantic, but I was so irked at him. He didn't react at all, anyway.
Symptoms? Feeling lots of kicks, having trouble sleeping and my back is constantly sore
Upcoming appointments? Not until 08/29
R/R/Q: I'm feeling very large and unattractive. I was doing just fine with pregnancy body image until I went to a bachelorette party this past weekend with 16 girls all in bikinis on the lake and seeing the pictures with my enormous incredibly pale body floating around was a very big blow to the ol ego. I honestly didn't think I looked that different until I saw myself photographed next to my non-pregnant friends and admittedly it has me spiraling a bit.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? DH and I were NTNP for all of 2 months with plans to start tracking my cycle starting in May. The end of April rolls around and we are planning to leave for vacation in the morning and DH mentions that perhaps I should/could have started my period this week (I'm irregular so being a few days off is nothing out of the ordinary), we decide since we are about to go out of town just to be on the safe side I would POAS in the morning but neither of us thought anything of it. The next morning I POAS and walked out of the bathroom, before the results showed, to get ready for the day (I was 99% sure it would be negative so no reason to wait around, right?). DH walks into the bathroom a few minutes later to read the results and he had to tell me that it was positive lol
EDD? 1/5 Symptoms? Swollen hands and feet, lower back/tailbone pain, overall sluggishness, and it's getting much harder to bend over these days. Upcoming appointments? A/S On Thursday and OB/GYN on Friday! R/R/Q: Rant: None of my shoes fit! They're okay when I put them on but then after about 5 minutes of being on my feet it's like my feet are bursting out of them. Rave: I'm fostering two little kittens and they are the sweetest, tiniest things ever. They'll be with me for about a month and I am already so sad to say goodbye but excited to help find them a family! GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I really felt like I had botched that cycle. Our timing was off, my husband had to go out of town during prime fertile days, and I never even got a peak reading on my ovulation kit. I basically had zero expectations and decided I would just wait until I got my period and not bother wasting a test. Flash forward to the morning my period was supposed to come. I knew a huge reorg announcement was coming at work that day and I felt like I needed to know either way so I had one less thing on my mind. POAS and it was positive! I basically just tossed the stick at my husband who was still in bed (and then had to explain what it meant because he had no idea what he was looking at haha)
Symptoms? feeling ok, just slowing down. its hard to get comfortable to sleep.
Upcoming appointments? anatomy scan is next week. I'm excited but nervous.
R/R/Q: rant- we tried to rearrange the second bedroom into a nursery/guest room and I took all the measurements and everything fit on paper but didnt fit when we went to move everything yesterday. I didn't account for the baseboards So now I have to rethink the sleeping arrangements and we might have to move DD into the full bed in the other room. rave- I'm finally starting to feel baby move more often!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I have PCOS and it took 14 months and 5 rounds of the highest dosages of 3 different meds to get pregnant with DD. I started half the meds again in March but didn't have high hopes. The OPK gave me like 11 days of positives and when I called my OB about that, she said to try a different brand next month. When I was 'late', I didn't really think anything of it because I've never had regular periods. Finally at almost two weeks late, I had some waves of nausea two days in a row and thought maybe I should test. I tested after work on Cinco de Mayo and it was +. When DH got home from work, I just kind of said, "So, um, I'm pregnant" and he said "What does that mean?" lol. I think we were both pretty shocked because of all we went through to get pregnant with DD.
+1 on the peeing after a sneeze. I can empty my bladder, sneeze right after, and still manage to pee a little.
EDD? 12/28
Symptoms? shortness of breath, heartburn, hip pain, crazy dreams
Upcoming appointments? No appointment yet but the perinatal doctor is supposed to call me for another ultrasound. Everything is fine. They just want clearer pictures of bab’s face, heart, and spine. This happened with DS because he moved so much during the AS.
R/R/Q: Rant: So sick of nonstop crazy dreams. I wake up soooo tired.
Rave: The tree that DH ripped out months ago is finally out of our side yard! It’s so clean! We had the debris chopped up and removed today.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I had been having really short luteal phases of less than 10 days for 4 months. I thought I had a full on period (s little lighter than usual but enough to wear a tampon/pad) so after it ended I took an OPK on what I thought was CD 6 because of my short LP’s. I got a solid smiley face which I thought was super odd but I ovulated early on my last cycle (CD 10 Instead of CD 14) so I shrugged it off. I went to work and I thought about it all day plus I thought it was odd that my boobs were still sore (typical AF symptom for me). I decided to take a pregnancy test just in case because stranger things have happened. I took a test that evening and it was a blaring positive. DH was still at work so I called him. He thought it was a false positive because I already had my period. So I took a digital test and it came out pregnant. I took another test the next morning and it was a BFP. I called my OB and they had me come in for a blood test. DH was finally convinced after the blood test.
OMG it ate my post! My gtky was kinda long and I'm not writing it out again. But it wasn't anything special because DH knew I was testing for DAYS and it was finally a BFP so I said yes it is positive!
Symptoms? Rlp, bh, serious baby wiggles, I feel gigantic already (third baby problems), tired, emotional mess, my nipples hurt like a mf.
Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan tomorrow!!
R/R/Q: My nipples hurt like a mf. Lol
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? Pump out put seemed low at work, bought a test I was 100% sure would be negative. I mean, our daughter was barely 9mo, I had only had one cycle since having her, and we literally had sex once. It was not negative. I literally just threw the test at him then sat quietly. He laughed.
@MrsPyrowiz my nips are KILLING me. They've never hurt like this before. They've always been more sensitive during pregnancy but this time it feels like someone is rubbing sandpaper up against them every time they brush up against the inside of my bra or shirt. I hope this lets up before I have to actually latch a baby

Symptoms? My hips are KILLING me. Finally no more dry heaves every morning in the sink. Woohoo!
Upcoming appointments? Next Wednesday with my OB & Centering Group
R/R/Q: Rave: It's pretty awesome how much movement I'm starting to feel! Rant: Except for when baby has a dance party in my belly at 3:30am. I also woke up at 2:30 to pee and at 5:30 with sore hips. The struggle is real. It's especially hard because after my 9-5 I come home, eat dinner, and then get to work on my side business. I've decided to stop taking any more recurring client work until after the baby comes. I'm already exhausted and overwhelmed.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? We had been trying for 8 months, and most months I couldn't wait until a missed period to POAS. Except the month it happened, because I didn't think we timed it right. The day after I was supposed to get my period I woke up super early and took a test. I didn't even have to wait the 2-3 minutes for it to show positive. It was almost immediate. I busted open the bathroom door with a terrified look on my face and DH instantly knew what that meant.
@ashva LOL at sneezing – and laughing, jumping, holding it too long… I thought this wasn’t supposed to happen until AFTER labor and delivery.
@bitterbetty12 Looking forward to a good report from your a/s (and everything else)!
EDD? 1-6-19
Symptoms? heartburn
Upcoming appointments? Had anatomy scan last week and midwife monthly this week; next appointment is a fetal echocardiogram on Sept 10thfingers crossed everything is ok.
R/R/Q: Midwife gave me some good sleeping tips and I slept better last night than I have in MONTHS. Also, our big annual nerdy fun convention is coming up (over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta), which is always a ton of fun and kind of like a college reunion for me, so looking forward to seeing tons of old friends. I’m going to be on a Handmaid’s Tale panel at the conference, so am in the midst of sewing a pregnant handmaid’s cosplay (which I’ll reuse for Halloween). I hope it comes out alright!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? My period is, and has always been, super regular (like, predictable down to a 2/3 hour window). So, when I was late (by a handful of hours), I took an internet cheapo test. It came back slight positive. So, I called in DH, took the digital test, and we both stared at it as “pregnant” popped up. Then DH immediately told me not to tell anyone (family etc) because we texted immediately family right away last time, and he was sad about having just told them about our loss. So, I started crying, threw the test away, and went to bed. Not a super happy story, but so far it’s worked out I guess.
Symptoms? Back pain (pre-existing being exacerbated), round ligament pain, peeing a billion times per night, sore boobs, exhaustion, finally getting my appetite back, peeing a bit when I cough or sneeze outta nowhere, @alexandraseattle my hips also killin me because I'm sleeping exclusively on my sides now,
Upcoming appointments? Just had our 20 week appt yesterday, including the sono of every little bone and part of the kid! Because of the position, they couldn't get all the needed views of the heart, so I'm going back in 2 weeks for follow-up sono.
R/R/Q: Not really a rant, but the midwife we got attached to at our practice (our available days for appts kept coinciding with her on-duty days) and then we found out she is pregnant too! Great for her...except she's due in Nov so won't be working when we deliver. Imagine the nerve of her getting pregnant and going on ML during myyyy pregnancy.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? Welp, since we did IUI there were definitely no surprises with even considering being pregnant. We were toward the end of our fourth TWW, and I went to sleep the night before I tested positive feeling sooooooo grumpy because I was convinced I was not pregnant. Like my wife says my mood was terrifyingly bleak and she didn't know how to handle me. I went to bed grumpy, but knew I'd be POAS the next morning, a Saturday. -- We had taken a test earlier in the week and it had such a faint faint line on the positive side that I couldn't even tell if it was actually there, and we weren't considering that as positive because it was sooooooo light. We had had this happen once before and we ended up not pregnant. -- So I woke up to pee at like 5am on the Saturday, and had the brainpower to get myself to POAS because I knew the overnight concentrated pee would yield the best test result. It turned positive after about 30 seconds and I was SHOCKED! I went into our bedroom and flipped on my (very bright) lamp, and woke up a super grumpy wife. But I shoved my (dry) positive HPT into her face, she took about 3 seconds to register it, and we both started laughing! The end beginning!
My wife and I have conceived a babe with my body and frozen donor sperm through IUI, with medication support (clomid, ovidrel, and injections of progesterone) IUI #1, #2, and #3: Dec 2017, Jan 2018, and Feb 2018 - all BFN HSG Test: April 2018 - all clear! IUI #4: April 15/16, 2018 - BFP!! EDD: Jan 7, 2019
Thanks for the well wishes everyone! I'm going to do a big update in the August appointment thread but the TLDR is that what they were able to see looked good but baby girl was stubborn (+ I'm overweight and we were at the earlier point for A/S) so we have to go back in 4 weeks to try and get better pictures! Trying not to worry and take solace in the fact that what they were able to get looked good! She was measuring a bit ahead I think like 60-70th percentile so I'm expecting her to be a bit bigger than big sister (Who was usually 20-30th).

I had started typing out responses to everyone and then I accidentally deleted it and now I'm grumpy. But I will say I sneeze peed for the first time yesterday so now I can add myself to that list. I don't think I did that with DD!

@alexandraseattle sure! I had been sleeping on my side with a big pillow between my legs (knee and ankle - big body pillow), but was getting just horrible hip pain so tossing and turning all night, and having insomnia 2-3 nights every other week or so. I asked the doctor if instead of side sleeping I could just sleep at an incline propped up on a couple pillows. She said yes but to do this with the top pillow: put it longways, and only on either the left or right side of your body (you can alternate this during the night). That way, you aren’t really flat on your back but at a very slight angle, and propped up, and should be more comfortable. IT WAS MUCH BETTER, for me anyway. I think it’s the first night I slept 4-5 hours in a row since starting side sleeping. Other recommendation was for Natural Calm (magnesium powder), and pregnancy-safe sleep aids (like Benadryl or Tylenol night or whatever the sleep one is called). I haven’t tried any of those yet.
@Kabazaba it’s funny that she mentioned that sleep position. That’s the position I naturally ended up in with DD for rhenkaat few months because of my carpal tunnel! It was actually surprisingly comfortable.

Glad to hear that worked for you @BitterBetty12 ! I have also heard that Natural calm is basically a pregnancy cure-all (headaches, constipation, sleeping), so ordered some on a amazon today. Here’s hoping it doesn’t taste gross.
Symptoms? Peeing alot, insomnia, and nausea has returned at night. Also having alot of gas pains which is just so uncomfortable. But I am starting to feel baby move alot more and forgot how much I loved that feeling
Upcomingappointments? Had my anatomy scan last week and baby looked great. So no appointment till next month when I will have my glucose test.
R/R/Q: attempted to start potty training DS and he is just not into it. May try and start again next month. Also I decided to stay team green at the anatomy scan but my husband had to know so the tech wrote the gender down for him. I'm already second guessing my decision lol
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? So we were not trying to get pregnant and my SO was actually still contemplating whether or not he wanted another child. One night I was laying in bed and realized my boobs were sore which never really happens and then I realized I was about 2 days late...which was very unusual for me. I POAS the next morning and it was positive I was in complete shock. When DH came home I just started crying he just hugged me and asked me what was wrong. I finally manage to say that I thought I was pregnant. He was silent for a minute but then just hugged me and said that everything would be alright.
Symptoms? I hate to even say this because I'm worried I'm cursing myself but I feel really good. I have had some heartburn in the evenings but it isn't even worth complaining about. Peeing every 30 minutes but feeling all the little kicks and punches makes it so worth it.
Upcoming appointments? I had my anatomy ultrasound this morning. She is still a she and all her measurements looked great. She was not being super cooperative but we took a short break and I emptied my bladder and she moved into a better position. I was anxious leading up to the appointment so I'm happy everything looks the way it should look.
R/R/Q: Rant: struggling with some body image issues. I worked really hard and got in pretty good shape and lost weight after college 10+ years ago and have maintained that and now I feel like I just look chunky. I'm hoping once I actually look pregnant that maybe I'll feel better about it all. I'm thankful that I've been feeling well enough to continue with my workout routine. Rave: the kicks make this actually feel real and I'm more motivated to get the nursery set up!
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? We had been trying to get pregnant for 20 months. The only reason I took a test is because I had new internet cheapies and wanted to be able to use one before I started my period. Plus I was waiting to order injectables for our first IUI cycle until I started my period and I was anxious to get that process started. It was such a faint positive (and I had never seen a positive before) that I didn't really believe it. I didn't say anything all day and tested again the next morning. DH had a big work meeting and I didn't want to distract him so I waited until he got home from work and our dog greeted him at the door with a 'big brother' bandana on. We both cried. It was the best moment.
Upcoming appointments? 24 week appointment on 8/31
R/R/Q: I developed bronchitis this week and DH’s grandfather lost his battle with cancer. It’s been a craptastic week and it’s not over yet.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
I had noticed my bras seemed too small all of a sudden and I was extra grumpy, but I attributed it to end of the school year stress. After a kid-free weekend away with DH during which I passed out asleep before any sexy times could occur, DH asked if I thought I could be pregnant. I agreed to POAS because I was nearly a week late. Two dark lines showed up pretty much instantly so I grabbed the other test from the box and peed on it too. Another instant and dark result so I walked out of the bathroom to show DH. I’m pretty sure both of us spent the next 30 minutes saying “holy shit” over and over while staring at the pee sticks.

DD (14) and DS (11) adopted from US Foster care December 2016 BFP April 24, 2018 | EDD December 29, 2018
Symptoms: headaches, RLP especially if I engage abs to like roll over in bed—OWWWW, and baby gymnastics. I think I had rolled over farther onto my stomach than normal and when I rolled onto to my back when I woke up baby went NUTS. I think he was pissed lol. I’m normally a tummy sleeper so side sleeping sucks.
R/R/Q: I don’t want to work anymore. Ever. need to win the lotto.
GTKY: well. I was planning a night of absolute debauchery (current kiddo was staying night at gmas) so I thought juuust in case I should take a test. It was the worlds faintest positive but my night plans were cancelled. I texted my husband and here we are!
Symptoms? Insomnia, peeing all the time, huge already.
Upcoming appointments? 8/29, just a check up
R/R/Q: The pregnancy insomnia is out of control, last night I couldn't fall asleep until 3AM! So frustrating. I'm already so huge and I really need to buy more maternity clothes, but it's so hard to pull the trigger. It seems like such a waste of money. So thrilled to know that we are having a baby girl and she looks very healthy! We're trying to look at names, but we're pretty strongly leaning toward Aria Jane.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? We had been trying a few months and as usual, I told myself I wouldn't test early but I ended up testing super early and getting a very faint line. I had already told DH I wouldn't test early so that bought me a few days, so I went out and got a digital to confirm and I bought DS a big brother shirt. Then the next morning when I went in to change DS I put him in his shirt and brought him into bed. I had to point out his new shirt before he got it, but he was really excited!
Thank you @BitterBetty12 and @sfgiantsgamerbabe. It was his 5th cancer diagnosis and he had been fighting for years, so it was sort of expected. Still hard though. He was only 69 which just feels way too young.

@tosh24 for real! And I'm still nursing my 13 month old. I dealt with the same nip pain during my second pregnancy and it never effected nursing after she was born.
Re: Weekly Ticker Change: EDD January 1-7 (W/O 8/20)
1/5
Symptoms?
Itching, RLP, itching
Upcoming appointments?
OB Appointment this Thursday
R/R/Q:
EDD? 1/06/19

Symptoms? Hungry all the time.

EDD? 1/1 or 1/2 - they keep bouncing btwn the 2 dates but I by my schedule 21wks tomorrow!
Rave: I'm starting to get my energy back - I had iron infusions the past 2 wks and I think they are finally taking effect and it feels amazing!
Symptoms? feeling super gross and large lately, heartburn, still having major food aversions and now I've got the leg and hand numbness going on.
Upcoming appointments? Tomorrow I have a fetal echocardiogram (IVF baby) and next week is my next OB appt
R/R/Q: Rant: I'm having problems bending over already which is making it difficult to do a lot of my house things. I actually had my 5 y/o cleaning with me yesterday so he could do the down low stuff
EDD?
Jan 2nd.
Symptoms?
Horrendous RLP if I'm a little backed up. The U/S tech said it's like having your ligament strummed continuously when that happens, which made total sense to me as I was dying every time I moved this morning.
Upcoming appointments?
Midwife appointment tomorrow morning.
R/R/Q:
At this precise second (and no other second will be the exact same as this one!) I am feeling totally mellow and stable.
01/02
Symptoms?
Feeling lots of kicks, having trouble sleeping and my back is constantly sore
Upcoming appointments?
Not until 08/29
R/R/Q:
I'm feeling very large and unattractive.
1/5
Symptoms?
Swollen hands and feet, lower back/tailbone pain, overall sluggishness, and it's getting much harder to bend over these days.
Upcoming appointments?
A/S On Thursday and OB/GYN on Friday!
R/R/Q:
Rant: None of my shoes fit!
I didn't account for the baseboards
rave- I'm finally starting to feel baby move more often!
DD- 11/2016
EDD?
12/28
Symptoms?
shortness of breath, heartburn, hip pain, crazy dreams
Upcoming appointments?
No appointment yet but the perinatal doctor is supposed to call me for another ultrasound. Everything is fine. They just want clearer pictures of bab’s face, heart, and spine. This happened with DS because he moved so much during the AS.
R/R/Q:
Rant: So sick of nonstop crazy dreams.
Symptoms? Hard time getting comfortable to sleep so I broke out the snuggle. It's helped a lot so far.
Upcoming appointments? Thursday is A/S and consult with MFM about my SCH. Then OB appt on the 31st.
R/R/Q:
DD had been in underwear
1/4
Symptoms?
Rlp, bh, serious baby wiggles, I feel gigantic already (third baby problems), tired, emotional mess, my nipples hurt like a mf.
Upcoming appointments?
Anatomy scan tomorrow!!
R/R/Q:
My nipples hurt like a mf.
He laughed.
@BitterBetty12 Good luck at your A/S today!

My wife and I have conceived a babe with my body and frozen donor sperm through IUI, with medication support (clomid, ovidrel, and injections of progesterone)

Symptoms? Peeing alot, insomnia, and nausea has returned at night. Also having alot of gas pains which is just so uncomfortable. But I am starting to feel baby move alot more and forgot how much I loved that feeling
Upcoming appointments?
EDD for #2 1/28/2021
Symptoms? RLP, super tired, zero verbal filter

It's a boy!
