Meh, growing bump pains? Still indigestion, man if I miss a dose of Zantac it's misssssssserable.
Nothing until 9/5. Waiting on the US report from the MFM last week.
So, interestingly enough, 4 out of the 6 times I've been pregnant, I told DH in some cute way. The 2 times I didn't were the times the baby stuck. Anecdotal and coincidental maybe but interesting none the less. *TW for miscarriage* The first time I told him with a six pack of beer and a random 7th bottle with a play on our last time, the second time he watched the stick with me and that's DS, the third time I told him with an IOU for new gaming headphones, the fourth time I told him with an early Father's Day card, the fifth time I told him with a cute new baby balloon(we were heading to Disney so I got it to "tie onto our stroller") and this last time, he was gone for military training, so I had a few confirmation appointments with the RE and I told him via text b/c I didn't even know if it'd stick.

Symptoms? Nothing really at the moment. Finally feeling pretty good and getting spurts of cleaning/organizing energy.

R/R/Q: I need the day to hurry up. I didn't get much sleep last night and I just can't be a functioning person today.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO? I just told him. This is my 4th pregnancy, but I didn't do anything cute for any of them. I was shocked to be pregnant this time, though! He's the one that told me to buy some tests, and I was like "nah, I can't be."

R/R/Q: I'm kind of ready for my stomach to get hard. It's still fairly squishy. I'm tired of it jiggling around
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
We were TTC, so I took a test on the first day of my missed period. The line was so faint; I just ran in the living room and said, "Do you see a line? This is positive, right?"
My SIL and her family had stayed with us the night before because of DS's birthday party, and I was so anxious for them to leave that morning so I could take the test.
When I got pregnant with DS, I wrapped up a onesie and a card that said "Your sperm won first place! You may collect your prize in 9 months. We're going to be parents!"

Symptoms?
Round ligament pain if I try to just jump out of bed or something. Still having increased libido. (DH is hoping that sticks around forever.)

I am so busy I haven’t had time yet to bind with the baby much or enjoy the pregnancy. Oh, well. All the things keeping me busy are good things.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
AF was a day late, and I was a bit stressed about that. I decided to take a test “to ease my mind” that I wasn’t pregnant. It was not taken with first morning urine and was very faint. I texted it to DH and said, “Does this look negative or positive to you?” Here’s the pic

R/R/Q: Moving while pregnant with a 2 year old is not fun. It would at least help if DD could go back to sleeping well at night so I could be a little less tired.

I had DD hand him the positive test.

Symptoms?
Nips are suuuuper sensitive and usually hard lol. Also feeling weirdly full/gross after eating & need to sit up for a while or I get acid reflux & heartburn. Other than that, feeling great!

Nothing until September 14th A/S! Hurry upppp September.
R/R/Q:
I talked about this in randoms, but ranting again about how they messed up my base weight so I got "the talk" about weight/nutrition. Sucks because I lost a little confidence in my docs, but also feel (hopefully unnecessarily) worried about weight gain. I felt like things were on track, but now I'm feeling like maybe that's not the case.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
This whole story is kind of a *TW*, so heads up:
We had a miscarriage in mid-April, and knew we wanted to try again right away. I was waiting to get my period back to really start taking things seriously, but we DTD as soon as it was safe because it just made us feel closer after the loss. So week 6 without a period rolls around, I call the doctor to ask if this was normal, etc. She said to take a pregnancy test because sometimes not everything passes naturally. I took a test and it was positive, but I wasn't very excited because I figured it was leftover hormones. So I went in for blood tests, and we saw that it was increasing!! That's when I got excited.
Yeast infections mainly

A few nights ago the baby was kicking hard enough for DH to feel it, first time this pregnancy. It was a nice moment.
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
I thought I had not conceived that cycle (April/May), after several negative tests. Then I took one more and saw a faint line. DH goes to the gym at like 5 am, then comes home and showers before work, so DD and I waited at home til he got back. He was late and i called him to ask if he was coming home or going straight to work. It's pretty unusual for me to call him, so he had a big smile when he got out of the car. Symptoms? Super fun stuff like some weird discoloration on my nipples (i think its dried colostrum?), discharge, my digestive system has come to a screeching halt, and my skin looks like garbage and is more sensitive than usual.
Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan 8/31. Super nervous for it since i havent seen the baby since week 7 or so. (Does he have all his fingers, organs, etc) also nervous because they said i probably have a bicornate uterus but they would know more at the anatomy scan.
R/R/Q: not feeling real great in the self confidence department (see above for fun symptoms) ive gained 9-10lbs already and i feel like my face is looking really fat. On the bright side i have a waxing appt after work today, so hopefully that at least makes me feel like im not a wildebeast (i seriously cant shave because im getting the worst razorburn ever!) And last night i scheduled a hair appt for next Saturday, so hoping a fresh cut and color makes me feel a little better. Trying out a new salon/stylist that posts really great bayalage work. And now after typing this i feel awful about how concerned i am about my image. Oh boy!

Symptoms? still nauseous, still don't love food. Definitely starting to feel more "pregnant" though (my friend called it "rounding out". Gee, thanks)
Upcoming appointments? big MFM / A/S appt Sept 14. Had appt on Monday and got to see her dancing around
R/R/Q: what do baby movements actually feel like? So far I'm afraid I'm one of those people that just thinks everything is gas (cause, you know, there's a lot of gas)
GTKY: How did you find out you were pregnant and how did you tell your SO?
Since we were trying, I was taking POAS cheap tests obsessively. I waited until he got home from work that evening and had a "Otterly Cool Dad" shirt for him (we share dumb otter and penguin animal stuff with each other a lot). The pregnancy before (that we lost) I'd gotten him a set of socks with matching baby socks. Adorable

symptoms: nausea still but the midwife prescribed zofran so tolerable now. I am exhausted but I think it is just being over worked.
appointment: AS on Sept. 11. I am really nervous.
question: So I started feeling the fluttering a week ago and feel her at least a few times a day but today I felt like I felt a jab like a kick but I don’t know if it was her kicking me or just some random stomach cramps but it was closer to my mid stomach and not lower where I usually have cramps.

I have always been super regular and we had only tried for one cycle, but it was the first day of my missed period and the whole weekend I had felt like I was pregnant because I just felt off, so the minute I got out of work I dashed to the store and my husband was all crabby about me spending money on a test cause we were convinced it was going to take longer to conceive. Well I got home and took the test and all he heard was Oh s*** from the bathroom and he was like I guess you are pregnant?
