I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy and gained 80lbs. When we knew we were trying for baby #2 I went on my low-carb diet just to prepare for better eating habits this time around. All was well until I got to about 6 1/2 weeks along. every piece of meat and veggies I look at makes me sick to my stomach and I cannot even get down a full meal. Pasta's and fruit on the other hand, perfectly fine..... also the opposite of what I need right now. How do I trick my body into eating healthy?
