I actually don't have a meal plan this week because this is our last week down at the camp, so we have a cook. I do have to plan some lunches so that I don't eat out everyday. I think I'll pack up some leftover chicken and turkey meals tonight when I get home.

I plan on making Shepard's pie, taco bowls, and salsa chicken. Then using leftovers the rest of the week.
I went to the grocery store last night. I went to a different store than normal because it really is half the price of my regular store, but of course they didn't have everything I wanted/needed so I was irritated. I spent an hour shopping and then checked out only to find out they don't accept visa! Every card in my wallet is a visa. I picked up a pizza and went home. Grocery shopping for me tonight, again. Still bitter.
@molosmiles was it an Aldi? I do my grocery shopping at Aldi, but they don't always have everything that I need. The prices are so good, though! That's annoying about not accepting Visa

@kns1988 We do our grocery shopping at Aldi's also and usually end up stopping at Food Lion on the way home for 5 items they didn't have. Other than that, I love it
I hear great things about Aldi, but we don't have one near me. I'm not sure if they are even in California. I usually go to Albertsons but went to Foods Co. I ended up just going to Walmart today, but forgot a few things since I had the kids with me. Walmart it is from now on, but I hate Walmart.
Chorizo, sweet potato spirals , shaved Brussel sprout and eggs for breakfasts this week
I will probably eat out for lunches
dinners: zucchini enchilada bake chicken legs and balsamic Brussel sprouts shrimp, bok choy, cauliflower rice curry attempting to choke down some salmon for some good omega-3 with broccoli and rice
My sweet tooth has been out of control lately so I have in and made some no-bake cookies with chocolate, almond butter, coconut oil and rolled oats to munch on this week
