Any appointments? Questions?: Aug 24th, second ultrasound, then released to my OB.

Rants/Raves?: I wish there was one main list of top baby stuff / best brands to buy. We went browsing this weekend...talk about overwhelming! Course I love anything that's a million dollars lol

How are you feeling?: Pretty good overall.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? People that chew with their mouth open / make sounds.

Any appointments? Questions?: First US in 2 days!!

Rants/Raves?: Rant: Being due at the end of the month stinks. It’s hard not having had the reassurance of seeing the baby on US yet when others have had at least 1, if not more ultrasounds.

How are you feeling?: Better than I think should be.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? I have a lot, but people being late or flaking out on commitments lands on the top of the list.

@purpleteacher82 Awe most people don't get ultrasounds until later on. I just had my 1st on Friday, so don't feel bad. It's almost your time!! <3

Rants/Raves?: I hate going to the post office.

How are you feeling?: Tired, very tired.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Anything spelling/grammar related. I know I'm a dying breed and it comes across as petty, but oh well. Words mean things! Verb tenses are important!

@kristimh80 I’m just impatient! :) I know there are legitimate reasons that some need to have them earlier. My PGAL brain just needs some reassurance. Soon, very soon!

Any appointments? Questions?: Next appointment's in a couple weeks.

Rants/Raves?: Ugh, yesterday was a day where I hardly wanted to eat anything. This morning I ate an entire box of macaroni and cheese. what the heck? I just want some steady food intake..... :unamused:

How are you feeling?: So so so tired. I've been at our symphony summer series the last couple nights so I've had admittedly later nights (11:30ish), but i've been waking up for 5 minutes to feed the cats and going back to bed until noon.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? I'm with @kapowfal, the spelling/grammar stuff. I hate text style speak in written documents. is it really that much harder to write you instead of u?

@purpleteacher82 - two days! You're almost there! I only got one last week at my first b/c of the prior loss, otherwise, I wouldn't have had one until 8/27. FX for good news on Wednesday!

Any appointments? Questions?: Anyone know how to sleep with their eyes open? I'm needing to know today at work :) Appointment isn't until 8/27 which seems like light years away.

Rants/Raves?: Why am I eating all the freaking junk? With DD it was mandarin oranges, I need to stop with these carbs!

How are you feeling?: After a busy weekend I'm wiped today. Otherwise no other symptoms to report which kind of bugs me...you all know the fun anxiety!

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? I have lots of little pet peeves but I think my biggest is bicycles on the road that act like they don't need to follow the rules of the road. It's especially obnoxious when there's a bike trail RIGHT THERE

    Due date:
    March 31

    Any appointments? Questions?:
First one in a week! Not sure if it’s just intake or dating US.

    Rants/Raves?:
My husbands company pays 100% for all prenatal and labor/delivery IF you go with a particular group of doctors and deliver at a certain hospital. It’s awesome because we won’t have to pay even our deductible but i would be choosing a different group and different hospital if this wasn’t offered. Kinda both an rant and rave I suppose.

    How are you feeling?:
Nauseous and tired but no throwing up yet. I want to eat popsicles or salty things all day now.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people are chronically late. Just tell me a realistic time!

    Any appointments? Questions?:
Next one is 9/10, 'cause I'm a dumbdumb and thought I'd rather wait 5 weeks than 4. So long to go without hearing that sweet hb.

    Rants/Raves?:
DH is on my shit list this week. He's self sabotaging and calling it self care. I mean, I think leisure is important, but come on dude, it has to be balanced with some productivity.

    How are you feeling?:
So tired. Also food is hard, but water is harder. Every time I try to drink anything I feel like vomiting. I may have to buy some popsicles or something.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve?
Probably a uo, but it bothers me when people try to defend their use of gender when they mean sex. You want to call it a gender reveal, fine. Someone corrects you and points out its sex that you find out and not gender, okay, whatever. But don't argue that it really is gender you're finding out.

Any appointments? Questions?: ONE MORE WEEK!!!! I am also very impatient when it comes to this appt. I’ve had previous losses so I’m used to going in earlier but everyone was booked so I’m trying to be patient and telling myself the ultrasound will be better

Rants/Raves?: Just wishing I felt better for more than an hour at a time

How are you feeling?: nauseous all day. Discovered last night that cooler ranch Doritos make the nausea go away...very strange but whatever works. Trying not to over indulge on Doritos but desperate times!!!

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Condescending people (ie my mother in law)

    Any appointments? Questions?:
Due to my continued (slight) spotting, I had a blood draw today and again on Wednesday to measure my progesterone and HCG. Hoping for it to give me some peace of mind so I can breathe easier.

Rants/Raves?: positive thinking, positive life. Lol. Nothing to complain about today.

How are you feeling?: I haven’t been sleeping well at night, so tired. Otherwise not feeling much different. I look bloated, and I wasn’t small to begin with. My kids commented, as kids do.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? My oldest wipes her boogers on everything, some say that it’s better than eating it...but seriously wait until you have to scrape boogers off painted walls....it does not come off without a sacrific.

Any appointments? Questions?: I have another ultrasound on 8/27, just for reassurance.

Rants/Raves?: Went out to dinner tonight with a group of friends I don't see as often. One of them is in her 3rd trimester and of course we talked about that, then another asked me about having kids. It's so hard not to blurt out that I'm pregnant too!

How are you feeling?: Pretty garbage. Exhausted, nauseous, occasionally rageful lol

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? This is a tough one, I keep changing my answer haha. I would say.. People who can't tell when to just end a conversation. Like I said okay and walked away, why you gonna follow me still talking??

Appointments/questions: I have a US in one week.

Rants/raves: Rant - Summer is going by too quickly! I'm worries about how exhausted I'll be back at work. Rave - its still summer!

How are you feeling? Sick. All the time. Like I'm hungover AF

GTKY: My pet peeve is people who talk with you and finish your sentences. Like they're constantly trying to predict the next word you're saying and they're saying it along with you

Any appointments? Questions?:  Next appointment isn't until Sept 4.  It feels like it's forever away!

Rants/Raves?: I still haven't heard back on a start date or payscale for my new job.  I interviewed on the 2nd and they called me ten minutes after saying don't take another job because they want me.  It would be nice if they would keep in contact with me while waiting on HR crap.

How are you feeling?: I go back and forth but overall feeling pretty good.  I'm struggling the last couple of days with depression and anxiety.  My current situation is definitely not ideal.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Blowing your nose at the dinner table!  Ugh SOOOO gross!!!

Any appointments? Questions?: 8/24 is my first ultrasound and it can't come soon enough.  :(  I've been on pins & needles

Rants/Raves?: no rants other than my appointment drama above. rave: I think it's about time to bust out the materntiy pants!

How are you feeling?: physically, fat. :D mentally, I'm in a better place. not quite as anxious about whatever state I am in. but at the same time, I'm apprehensive about slipping into maternity wear so early. I can't tell you the humiliation I felt pulling down a maternity band for an ultrasound that turned bad.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? passive aggressiveness. if you have something to say, then f-- say it.

Any appointments? Questions?: I had a nurse visit yesterday that I had a panic attack before and cried through because I thought she was going to take my BP and I'm so anxious about getting pre-e again.  Um, crazy pants, you don't get pre-e when you are 7 weeks pregnant!  Actual doctor appointment with us is 8/20.

Rants/Raves?: After the above mentioned freak out the nurse was so nice.  She hugged me and told me that they were going to take care of me.  I think I'm going to have a much better experience with this doctor's office than my last.

How are you feeling?: Better than yesterday!  Mentally I'm working through the anxiety.  I am back on medication and once that kicks in I'm sure it will help a lot.  I'm thinking of looking for a therapist to talk through why I can't get past this anxiety.  This is just not who I am at all.  Physically, still tired and nauseous but seems to be getting a little better.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Hmmm....this is a tough one.  I think I have to go with eating noises.  There is probably something else but that is what comes to mind.

Any appointments? Questions?: Nurse practitioner on Friday

Rants/Raves?: It is so humid, I wish for hot dry weather.

How are you feeling?: I felt awful this weekend and threw up the entire 7 hour car ride home from vacation. Awesome. Now I feel great and am worried.

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Drive thru's that ask for your order but are clearly not prepared and have to ask you a million repeat questions. Get ready first!

@kristimh80 Get the book baby bargains. It's the baby gear buying bible, although I have heard that the newest version isn't as good as the one I used.

Rants/Raves?: I hate my job. I hate working while pregnant. My boss is a consummate a-hole.

How are you feeling?: Holy hell. Garbage. Terrible nausea, headaches, the runs, feeling fat, miserable. I asked
for this? I did this to myself?! What was I thinking....

GTKY: What is your biggest pet peeve? Close-minded people. Then grammar/spelling errors. Then nasty chewing with mouth open disgustingness. (Sorry, I’m just a bowl full of cherries this week! Hopefully next week will be better.)
