Is anyone else losing weight right now? I'm 14 weeks, so yay 2nd trimester!.. But I'm still not showing, & I've lost 4 lbs in the last 7 weeks.. It's my 1st child, & I just want a healthy baby.. Is my baby having growth problems?

I strongly recommend asking your doctor at your next appointment. The ultrasound can see if there are growth problems.

I'm not really gaining weight, but I was overweight to begin with... not overly so, but enough that my better eating habits in pregnancy are keeping me from getting big quickly. Ask your OB if you are concerned, but my doc didn't seem to be concerned about mine.

OP, if you've not gained much weight, you probably have a small worm (see picture above for reference) rather than a large one. It'll probably grow to be a large one soon. Though whether it grows to 115 feet and resides in an ocean someday is anyone's guess.

Did you have bad morning sickness? I heard sometimes when women have really bad morning sickness, they do actually lose some weight at first due to vomiting/not eating much. At my last appointment (around 14 weeks), my doctor said I had lost a few pounds (although we also used a different scale...). Now that I have my appetite back, and I starting to get hungrier, I'm just trying to make sure I'm eating enough so that I can get back on track.
