First Trimester Eating

Hi everyone! I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and since I found out that I'm pregnant, I have not been watching what I eat. Does anyone have any advice on how to get back to healthy eating while still being healthy for the baby?  I don't want to gain a ton of weight because of me rather than the pregnancy (if that makes sense).

  • I use a calorie tracking app, lose it (similar to my fitness pal) just to make sure I’m not going overboard. I have my calories set to maintenance and once I hit second and third tri I’ll bump it up a few hundred. I get SO many cravings for all the carbs when im
    pregnant. It’s so hard!!
