5. How did you goals from last week go? (Optional) -I did my stretches 4 times last week - I hit my water goal 2 It's not perfection, but it's progress.
1. What healthy habit are you working on? Core strengthening, walking on treadmill, eati well, 2 cups of coffee a day, and drinking less alcohol.
2. How's it going? Not the best, but we have been really busy getting ready to move this weekend. I didn't get on the treadmill once. I also don't have a treadmill for my house and I need to buy one this weekend, but I can not make up my mind about what I want.
3. What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I only had more than 2 cups of coffee once this week, and I am not really sure if I did drink three that one day. Monday, I had a long day at work, and wanted coffee when I got home, and compromised with an alcoholic drink, lol. Healthy. I know. But, I am addicted to caffeine, not alcohol.
4. List any goals that you have for this week. Same as last week
5. How did you goals from last week go? (Optional) I generally ate well, did not drink too much,etc. Not too bad considering it has been a long week.

1. What healthy habit are you working on? I am trying to eat more fruits and vegetables. No buying chips! No caffeine except green tea 4 days out of the week. Make it to the gym once this week.
2. How's it going? Ummmmm..... I’ve been doing ok eating more fruits and vegetables. Could be better. I haven’t bought chips this week but I want to! The caffeine thing is a struggle. I had cut it out for about 2 months for anxiety reasons. And while **TW** I was pregnant I only drank soda 3 times and they weren’t caffeinated sodas. I haven’t been to the gym yet!
3. What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I started drinking green tea instead of coffee or soda for 3 days!
4. List any goals that you have for this week. Ok, tomorrow I want to drink green tea and not give into my cravings more than once.
