This morning I was making a sandwich with my husband. We both thought the other had washed the tomatoe but neither had. It’s an organic tomatoe from the farmers market. It had been at the back of the fridge, so was a bit frozen. Hoping that killed some of the bacteria. I only had a slice but I’m nervous since I just read an article on taxoplasmosis. An reassurance would be great! Also has me thinking if we have done this before. Ugh!
