Scary Dream

Ive had some really crazy dreams lately. I know it's normal. They started maybe at 11-12wks. I'm 15wks today. Some have been food crazy. Some have been sexy crazy.
However, last night I had a straight up horror film roll through my mind. It was very vivid and gruesome. I just need to vent. And I'm sorry in advance if it offends anyone.
Jist of the dream:
Some guy was chasing me, I called my dad, dad had a gun to shoot guy, and shot himself in the face by accident. Then I got arrested after I shot the bad guy.
I'm close with my dad even though we are 2000 miles apart.
I woke up and criedfor 30 mins and haven't been able to sleep.
DH was worried until I told him what was wrong... Not about the dream in detail just that I had a scary one. He replied with "I hate preggo dreams" and rubbed my back until he fell asleep. As much as I want to. I can't go back to sleep .
Any other ladies experiencing some crazy scary stuff? Or maybe does someone have some sort of trick to have good vivid dreams? I liked the food and the sexy ones. Lol.
