Bassinet?

we have a bed in the nursery that I imagine I’ll be using during those late night feedings and what not. I plan to exclusively BF as long as possible. Having a tough time deciding if I would still need a bassinet. This is my 3rd child and I’ve learned the hard way with one of my 2 what happens when I don’t sleep train them. My 6 year old JUST stopped coming into bed with me. So my question is, to bassinet or not to bassinet?
