  • How far along are you? How big is baby?
19w 4d, Baby is the size of a mango!

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms?
Headaches seem to be back, but I think it's because of neck pain. I haven't been to the chiro in like a month and I can't go this Friday either. Maybe I'll try to schedule something for tomorrow...

    Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary?
Rant: Not really a rant persee, but DS had a poop accident with DH on Monday and another small one yesterday. :/ It had been a while since he'd had one. Then last night when I put him in the bath he told me he had to go so I put him on the potty and he went. I don't know why sometimes he will tell us and sometimes he won't. He knows he gets a surprise when he tells us and goes on the potty.
Oh, another rant... DS swimming lessons got canceled for yesterday and today because they are working on the ceiling at the pool and some debris was getting in the water so they didn't want people in it until Thursday. Umm.. why not wait two weeks when the pool is CLOSED for a while?!? Now this makes a total of 5 lessons he has missed and hasn't made up. She did say she is available weekends, so I am hoping she can meet with us Saturday and Sunday for quick lessons.

Raves: I've been trying to cut back on sweets, especially since with this pregnancy I don't have an aversion to them like I did last time. Going on day three with no sweets! I've also been going to bed super early, which helps. lol

Dear Diary: We weren't taking vacation this year, but MIL and step FIL gifted DH a weeks vacation for his birthday. They own a time share, so we are going to Weston, FL for a week. I am getting so excited! It has a kitchen so we can do most of our meals at the resort. We will be there the whole week. We are driving, and it's a 16 hour drive, so I hope it's not hell. DS is usually pretty good on car rides. We don't usually do screen time but I may download a movie or two or a game for him to watch/play on the way.

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert?
Tiramisu!! I love it. So good. I also like cupcakes. I like cake too, but I like that cupcakes are already a serving size.

How far along are you? How big is baby? Says a mango today 19 wks

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Nothing just nothing at all. Still some nights were I don't sleep from feeling sick. That's about it!

Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary? Nope just anxiously awaiting my anatomy scan this coming monday. I haven't felt this little one at all so it will be nice to see some movement even if I can't feel it.

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert?  Napoleon cake is my favorite! Always have to find a random bakery on my bday to get a slice.

@AdorkablePixie I hope they are refunding you for all those missed classes! That's annoying in the middle of summer. Vacations are a must! We have been slacking but want to at least get a weekend at the beach before summer is over.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born.

6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

  • @mcgeeva She lets us make them up. Two he missed weren't her fault, one she was sick, and these two are the pool. The lessons are completely separate from the pool they are held at. If she can't do weekends she said we can make them up in the fall/winter session which starts in October. I plan to enroll him for maintenance lessons then anyway, so that works out! :) I have to google napoleon cake now.

  • Oh well that is good then. It's like a flaky cake with Boston creme filling. My favorite but tiramisu and cannolis are up there too.

We have been doing goldfish swim school in va and it's been really great compared to other places we have gone too. Makeups are pretty awesome as long as you call day off. So that has been amazing because we all know with little kids anything change the schedule.

  • @AdorkablePixie -So glad you can make up the lessons and so awesome you get to take an unexpected vacation!
@mcgeeva - I am right there with you! Dying for my AS on Monday and not feeling any movement yet so can't wait to see him moving around and confirming he's doing well!

How far along are you? How big is baby?

    19w6d - Size of a mango

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms?

No new pregnancy symptoms but am feeling awful because I have bronchitis. NOT FUN.

    Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary?

My rant is that I was offered an awesome position but the salary is less than what I make now so I had to decline.  On the positive side, it means I can stay home longer with baby!

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert?

    Chocolate cake always.

    Pregnancy Ticker
  • @lexidawg that is the worst! I had that two months ago and had to get pretty much a zpack. Sorry about the job. That's always disappointing.

  • @mcgeeva I am on antibiotics and an inhaler. I was nervous about taking the meds but OB said the infection could spread so it was better to take it! So bad!
    Pregnancy Ticker
  • @lexidawg yeah but the drugs they prescribed are good. I have bad asthma so i get it. it's better to be on that vs steriods which isn't safe.

  • Sorry, I suck, last week I didn’t even check in to the right dates #mombiemode

How far along are you? How big is baby? 20 weeks! Baby is the size of a banana or a Venti Iced Coffee (which I would kill for) according to the bump.

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? I feel ok other than the exhaustion.

Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary? Raves for the fact that it’s 70 and rainy, bring on fall weather, especially in the middle of August!

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert? (I think we may have done this before, but I can always talk dessert. ;)) is everything an appropriate answer? Because at this point everything sounds good, from tiramisu to ice cream to storebought cookies (just not those weird soft frosted kind with the sprinkles).

  • @AdorkablePixie I hope you are able to get into the chiropractor soon! That’s great that you get to go on that vacation! Thanks for starting the thread!

@mcgeeva My a/s is Monday, too. I can’t wait! Good luck!

@lexidawg I hope you recover quickly! That sucks about the job, but at least you will get more time with LO.

@misscheapandchic I’m with you about the weather! I have so much more fall/winter maternity wear.

How far along are you? How big is baby?

19+ 3, sobthe suze of a game boy

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms?

I’m feeling pretty good. I realized on vacation that I need to eat protein so I don’t feel sick.  I am also getting really annoying cramps on my right side anytime I move too quickly.

    Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary?

We had a nice trip to Oak Island, the past few days, and I am so glad to be home! DS did really well, but it’s so nice to have his bed and toys and to be able to do laundry and sleep with my pregnancy pillow!

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert? (I think we may have done this before, but I can always talk dessert. )

I love all desserts, but if I had to pick I’d probably say ice cream cake.

  • How far along are you? How big is baby? 18+3

How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? I'm feeling good except I'm getting a lot of canker stores lately. So that's really annoying.

    Rants/Raves/Questions/Dear Diary?

Work is slowly starting to pick up for me but thankfully we've hired a floater to help people when needed. I don't want to scream it too loudly but Me! Me! Me! Lol.

GTKY: What is your favorite dessert? (I think we may have done this before, but I can always talk dessert. ) Any and all cheesecake!

  • @lexidawg Oh no! I am sorry you're sick!!

@misscheapandchic I am so looking forward to the fall winter! Of course, we will only get three days of fall here because in Maryland we like to go right from Winter to Summer and right from Summer to Winter. Don't ask why I just capitalized those. That's funny because the only store bought cookies I like are the soft ones with the icing and sprinkles. haha I do like the fresh baked bakery ones, just not the factory packaged ones that are crunchy. Unless they're oreos. lol

@katy0990 Yay for protein. Ice cream cake is like a tradition in my family for birthdays. I am the only one that never wants ice cream cake on my birthday, because it's in the winter!
