1) How many weeks are you? How big is baby?
14 weeks! Second tri!!!

2) How are you feeling?
exhausted. It was a long weekend and I'm still recovering

3) Any appointments this week?
none until 8/31!

We've been away since Thursday with my in laws. We invited them to go away to Santa's Village and Storyland with us. It was brutal. My FIL is the worst person to be around and he made it a terrible experience. I puked the entire time we were at Santa's Village and now I have to unpack, do laundry etc. and I just want to lay on the couch.

5) GTKY: What is your dream career?
Nursing! Can't wait to be done nursing school!

1) How many weeks are you? How big is baby? 12 weeks - I have no idea.

2) How are you feeling? Meh.

3) Any appointments this week? Nope.

4) R/R/Q I have 11 days off in exactly one month - I need this time off so badly.

5) GTKY: What is your dream career? I always joke it's professional hobbiest. The older I get, the less of a joke it becomes. Law school is still on my radar as well (I'm a paralegal).

12 Weeks

2) How are you feeling?
Still pretty nauseous at times and still exhausted by the end of the day

3) Any appointments this week?
Had one this morning! Heard the heartbeat and had all my blood work done. Should have resulted in a week! Really hoping for result by Friday but I’m not holding my breath. Just want to hear everything is low risk!!!

4) R/R/Q
I gave my pee sample during my appointment, then when I get down to the blood work room they’re like “oh do you still have that, we also need to test it” like no I don’t carry it around with me. So then they’re like, “well we need you to do another one.”
I literally peed 5 min ago and it’s 8:30 in the morning, I’ve had nothing to drink. Luckily I squeezed a little out and they made it work but geez!

5) GTKY: What is your dream career?
I always wanted to be a high school counselor but it’s so much school (completely different degree than what I have). Now I would love to be a lactation consultant. I would love to
get certified in that someday.

I’d really enjoy sleep for just a couple of hours but otherwise pretty good

3) Any appointments this week?
No but hoping to get blood work results!

Even though my MIL isn’t high on my happy list right now, we’re heading to her Lake Michigan house next week and I cannot wait. I need less humidity and blue water in my life.

5) GTKY: What is your dream career?
Umm... outside of what I do now? Not really sure... Something to do with food or travel probably! International food critic? That sounds pretty fab.

It's been mostly better lately, but today I am exhausted, nauseous, generally miserable.

No, but I should get the results of the NIPT soon

Could it please stop being so darn hot?

5) GTKY: What is your dream career?
I'd like to be an English professor. That's what I've been training for for more than a decade. But it's starting to look less and less likely.
