Bloating and Flatulence cures

Hi there,

I'm having my first baba( after being told for 6 years I cant have children) very thrilled but the bloating and wind is so uncomfortable! I must admit I haven't had a by morning sickness (touvh wood) Im 7 weeks and 3 days, is it safe to take Active Charcoal to help the bloating?

Drinking lots of water is supposed to help with the bloating. But it's partially unavoidable.

Check with your doctor on what medications and other remedies are safe to take. Bloating is unavoidable though.
