R/R: Rant: I've been teaching swim lessons this summer and am so ready for these kids to go back to school. I can't believe that I'm complaining about being in the pool all day every day, but I am. I'm waterlogged and on the brink of skin cancer.
Rave: I feel like I'm starting to see and feel what I "should" be seeing and feeling at this point in my cycle. Really, really, really, REALLY hoping to see an O this month.
R/R: No real rant, just a very busy week ahead. SO and I are going on vacation next week (yay!) and my to do list for packing, dealing with the dogs, and getting everything squared away at work to be gone for a week is stressing me out some. Trying to focus on how wonderful this time away together will be, how lucky we are to be able to go on vacation, have jobs with good personal time off policies, friends who will dog and house sit, etc.
@kiki047 What brand coq10 are you taking? I've been reading that some brands are absorbed better than others and now I'm rethinking my Target Up & Up brand Keep us updated on what the specialist says!
@manlt Getting ready for a vacation requires SO much work. Ugh. But hopefully the vacation will be worth it! Going anywhere fun??
Month/Cycle: 11/7
CD: 9
WAYDTGKU: Benched and NOT happy about it
R/R: Just grinding through this week so I can get a little closer to being un-benched so I can hang with you ladies again
@harrierwife thanks! I’m sure I’ll be posting in the CS/Q thread once I have anything to report. Your chart is looking so good. Jealous of your stable temps!
@nomangos23 we’ve been on the Kirkland Costco brand. My SO is taking them too. Our medicine cabinet is slightly ridiculous because all the bottles are massive and we’re both taking so many supps and vitamins. I also read that about the diff brands. Ubiquinol is also slightly different too... we went through this trying to choose a decent PNV. Too many options!
