Hi @knottief5dfc76775c046c4 this is a great post for the question thread! You will find more answers if you post there. Also make sure to read the board rules & maybe change your username (there's a post on how to do that too) so we can get to know you better!
If you find the answer to this question let me know
I agree with @flyingmombula that you might get better responses on the question thread and you should change your name so we can get to know you better.
But to answer your question, there's nothing you can do. With my first, the bloating lasted until 14 weeks and was the absolute worst part of pregnancy (even the sciatica that was terrible wasn't as bad as the bloating). It was so uncomfortable and painful and I was miserable. I actually yelled at my sister about it for not telling me how awful it was. Everyone talks about the morning sickness and the exhaustion, but no one talks about the bloating. I guess I had it really bad for that particular symptom and it sounds like you do too. Wear loose fitting clothes, unbutton your pants as soon as you get in the car, and loose dresses are your friend. Hang in there! It does go away eventually.
Re: What can help with some of the bloating that I am experiencing at 5 weeks?
