5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot?
My husband won't leave the US and won't go on ships so our vacation spots are limited. I love the ocean, tropical places but I also love the White Mountains in New Hampshire.

Pretty good overall. Still have terrible insomnia, pretty sure this is going to be a pregnancy-long issue.

Ranting because my first item of clothing, a fitted denim jacket, wouldn't button last night. I'm not ready to buy new clothes!

5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot?

Oh gosh this is hard. I love to travel. For an easy beach vacation, Cancun is just a 2.5 hour flight so love that. We both REALLY love France but also have about 50 more places in Europe to visit. Domestically, Napa or Maui. I need to go somewhere ASAP...

Ok. Kind of blah. Feeling like I need to figure a lot of stuff out.

No, but I will get back my NIPT results this week.

Rant: not being able to drink a glass of Provence rose in the summer is lame
Rave: my toddler is so cute, I can't stand it and makes it all ok that I bet I will have another boy
Q: how the heck is it all going to work out ok... and where is that money tree!!

Lots of back pain the last few days, but other than that, not too bad.

NT scan on Thursday

5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot?
St. Lucia was absolutely breathtaking; we went before kids and I long for another all-inclusive tropical vacation. Once our toddler and this baby are a few years older, we'd like to try the Beaches Turks & Caicos resort.

2) How are you feeling?
It's definitely slowly getting better, but I have a hard time being grateful for how much improvement there's been when I still feel so crappy.

3) Any appointments this week?
My appointment from last week got pushed back to this week because someone went into labor. I'll get my NIPT blood draw done tomorrow. I'm a little worried that that's getting done so late. I'm anxious to hear the heartbeat.

4) R/R/Q
I've been wandering around in t-shirts and stretchy cotton shorts all summer, but when the semester starts back up in a couple weeks I'm going to need to look professional again, and I don't fit into any of my old clothes. Buying a full set of professional maternity clothes is going to be expensive.

5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot?
I love France. Also getting off the beaten path and into the country in England, Scotland, Ireland...

My nausea has come back with a vengeance this past week. FML. Other than that pretty good.

3) Any appointments this week?
Next week! Blood work/dr appointment. Hoping to hear the heartbeat and excited to have the genetic testing results come back and hear everything is OK with baby!

5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot?
I loved Maine/Vermont. I would love to go back and travel New England more. I’m not well traveled outside the US.

1) How many weeks are you? How big is baby? 11 weeks! 2 inches.

2) How are you feeling? Pretty good except for my SI joints. Nausea is still here, but I'm not puking so much. I mostly am just dealing with disliking my husband for no real reason.

3) Any appointments this week? Nope - just waiting on the fetal free cell DNA results.

4) R/R/Q - So I've been team green twice and had no issues. Now that we have decided to find out, I am SO FUCKING IMPATIENT and want to know like yesterday.

5) GTKY: Where is your favorite vacation spot? I have many. Disneyland, Hawaii, Costa Rica are probably my top three in no particular order.

nuchal scan, genetic counseling/testing, OB visit, it was a marathon.

OB had me pee in a paper cup with my initials written in sharpie. Am I the only one who finds that odd?
