1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 10w1d
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? I feel good both mentally and physically today! I’m sure the nausea will make a comeback soon, but for now I’m enjoying feeling normal. Since seeing the baby and heartbeat last week I’ve not been as worried. Not out of the woods yet, but the odds are definitely in my favor now.
3. Any appointment updates? NT US and blood draw in two weeks!
4. Rants/Raves/Questions? Excited about being so close to the second trimester! I’ll be 12w exactly for my next US, and after that I’m crossing my fingers for smooth sailing.
5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? Paris, Texas. And I cry every dang time.

1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 10w 6d.
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? Physically: more tired and nauseated than usual. Hopefully it'll pass soon. Mentally: much better! 3. Any appointment updates? Had an us on Monday this week to check on everything after I had some spotting, which turned out to be a UTI. Baby was healthy, and ob assured me that my miscarriage chances are really low now. Next appointment is the screening us in two weeks.
4. Rants/Raves/Questions? I just had a soup bread bowl for lunch from Panera. It sounded so good, and it was good, and I do not feel my usual post-lunch nausea. There is a god.
5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? Oh Brother Where Art Thou. I love the soundtrack, and it's such a quotable movie.
1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 12w2d, I’ve passed them all.
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? Mentally, it’s still a rollercoaster, but physically, it’s a lot better.
3. Any appointment updates? I have my NT scan tomorrow. I have to drive to a larger city to get it done, but it makes for a nice mini road trip with my husband.
4. Rants/Raves/Questions? Nothing at the moment.
5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? Pride and Prejudice or Ever After
@hannahbananas11 I prefer the BBC, but if I just want to get lost in that type of world for 1.5 hours, I’ll watch the Keira Knightley one. But I have a hard time watching her for too long.
Im ecstatic! EDD 2/10 - this week I have past all milestones, told my coworkers, seen a heart beat, gotten good NIPT results AND found out we're having a boy!!
1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 9w 3d, Gotta wait until 12 weeks to know
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? A little nauseous today which is a relief, I had a full on cry yesterday as I had convinced myself I was having another MMC.
3. Any appointment updates? Booked the NT scan for the 17 of August, will get the blood test next week.
4. Rants/Raves/Questions? Can I rant about myself, I am a crazy emotional mess. On the bright side my mum and dad are visiting this weekend, but we arent telling them until 12 weeks so we will see if we can keep it under wraps.
5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? Every time I had a sick day I used to watch the BBC pride and prejudice mini series. Otherwise disney, harry potter.... the list goes on.
1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 13 weeks tomorrow!! All milestones passed
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? My PGAL brain is getting the best of me since it’s been so long since my US. I can’t wait for my appt next week so I can hear the HB. Physically my nausea is still hanging around but it’s pretty mild. Hope it’s gone soon!
3. Any appointment updates? none for a week
4. Rants/Raves/Questions? None
5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? LOTR though I never have that much time anymore.
1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones?
10w 5d!! Yesterday was my last milestone.
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically?
I'm physically exhausted. Work has been intense and I've been working ~60 hours/ week for the past month. Mentally, I'm okay. Glad I was able to see my therapist yesterday. Passing the last milestone is a bit to process. I have spent so long steeling myself for inevitable loss and heartbreak, I'm not sure how to mentally switch gears. 3. Any appointment updates?
August 14 not scan and NIPT. 4. Rants/Raves/Questions?
We live in an old house. We only have one restroom. Our bedroom is upstairs and the restroom is downstairs. I'm considering moving to the family room couch until I have this baby based solely on proximity to the toilet. 5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again?
Hitmans Bodyguard. Ryan Renolds and Samuel L Jackson have excellent chemistry and Salma Hayek is a goddess.
“My darling girl, when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage." - Aunt Frances”
@episcowitch our house was built in 1929 and has one bathroom as well, I feel your pain! Luckily it’s right by my room so I don’t have to go far late at night.
1. How many weeks are you? Have you passed any milestones? 12w 5d
2. How are you feeling? Mentally and physically? fat and bloated - physically like a big baby -mentally 3. Any appointment updates? I have an appointment marathon on Monday, can’t wait! 4. Rants/Raves/Questions? 5. GTKY: What’s one movie you can watch over and over again? Elf. Judge away.
(I’m not the type to watch a movie more than once, but I am sure to watch Elf every year around Christmas)
Random thing: the Bump homepage (on the app) just said that at 11 weeks, my baby is the size of a lime. But in the same sentence, said baby is 1.6 inches long. What the hell kind of limes are these people using? 1.6 inches is the size of a large grape, not a lime. Get your produce right, Bump! I'm annoyed for no reason and it's only 9 AM. And my colleague is singing at his desk. God help me.
@hannahbananas11 The Bump size comparisons can be pretty funny. Yesterday my baby was the size of a paper clip, but I’m week 10 so it’s also a strawberry. What kind of monster paperclip is comparable to a strawberry??
DS born 2/18/2019 DD born 4/1/2023 Baby #3 EDD 11/21/2024
I agree these size comparisons are wacko. At 13 weeks the bump says baby is the size of a lemon and my other app says clownfish. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a lemon sized clownfish!
At my appt and feeling super nervous! They couldn’t find the HB at my appt with my second MC so I’m flashing back to that even though I have no signs anything is wrong and have had a healthy pregnancy and baby since then. PGAL brain sucks!
@allthingsgo I bet it will be a good appointment, but PGAL brain also haunts me! FX that you get to hear a great heartbeat, and then enjoy the rest of your day!
