anyone else have a natural pregnancy over 40? I will be 43 in October baby due at Xmas.

I’ll be 40 when I deliver

I think we've been dropping the ball posting the AMA check in on Sundays, but I'll try to remember to post it this week! I am due on my 41st birthday.

knottie3f66bf2a4c9e214e I’ll be 41 in October - this is our first. This was (and the last was) an IVF/FET pregnancy, but we got pregnant naturally the month after we got married when I was 38.

Yep! 39 for 10 more days and due in January of 2019. It's so wonderful and crazy and scary at the same time... sometimes I feel completely confident about it, like age is just a number, and then other times I think, when the little nugget is 30 I'll be 70! How will be able to be an active grandma, etc. etc. etc. And sometimes it's a little awkward that in one regard my peer group is going to become about 8 years younger than I am... We have an 18 month-old, so I've noticed that a little at daycare or at a mommy and me class I took. Mostly I'm fine with it, but every once in a while I get a little self-conscious. Of course, this doesn't in any way diminish the immense gratitude I feel to be able to conceive, but it's just little thoughts that creep in.

@ttcat44 So...you’re not due in December 2018? You may find more appropriate support in a TTC Board.

@ttcat44 Hey there, as @echo-charlietango pointed out, this is a board for women who are due in Dec 2018, but if you're looking for TTC support, there's the TTGP board (which is awesome but *definitely* read the rules and lurk a while before posting!) And there is also a TTC over 35 board (but I'm not sure how busy it is.) Last time I lurked, there were lots of women over 40, but it has been a while and traffic ebbs and flows on some of the boards. Anyway, good luck!
