1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 28 weeks, eggplant
2. How are you feeling? Miserable. The Texas heat is making things so miserable - it’s going to get up to 109 this weekend and I’m not feeling it. I’m spending most days at the pool with my kids because it’s cool and because it helps with the intense pelvic and back pain.
3. Any appointments this week? I had one on Monday. Found out I failed my 1 hour glucose so I go back next Monday for the 3 hour.
4. Rants/raves/questions? Nope.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? I’m almost 27 and still waiting on my Hogwarts letter...
1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 28 weeks! Size of a coconut or an eggplant.
2. How are you feeling? Still pretty good, just getting more and more uncomfortable. Acid reflux has hit pretty hard the last week.
3. Any appointments this week? 28-week checkup tomorrow, along with the Glucose Test.
4. Rants/raves/questions? I can't believe it's third trimester already! Holy crap.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? I would say Hogwarts, but it actually seems kind of scary, unless I can do magic too. Screw going to Westeros or any Game of Thrones places, I'd die. For a more mild approach, I'd like to go to Star's Hollow from Gilmore Girls, complete with all the characters.
I totally forgot to check in here last week, so posting early before the day gets away from me!
1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 27 weeks, depending on your source baby is the size of lettuce, a bunch of bananas, or a Charlotte royale cake.
2. How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good still, but more achey at nighttime. Also been feeling more Braxton Hicks, and more lightning crotch! Fun times!
3. Any appointments this week? none this week. Next appt on 7/30
4. Rants/raves/questions? Not much going on here right now. Just chugging along and can’t believe how close we are to babies being born! I guess my rave for the week is that DS is officially transitioned to his big boy toddler bed, and he’s done great all week so far! Now we just need to keep working on the potty training...
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? hmm I think I’d go to willy wonka’s factory, but minus all of the things that happened to the naughty kids and the creepy boat ride part. I’d just go for the fun parts.
1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 26 weeks, bowling pin? Kale? Lettuce?
2. How are you feeling? Just sore and achy. I’m moving around a lot slower and getting up from seated or laying down positions a LOT slower. When I roll over in bed it feels like my insides are rolling around in my pelvis!
3. Any appointments this week? Glucose last week and I passed my 1 hour. Next appointment is in 2 weeks.
4. Rants/raves/questions? I feel like time is slowing down week to week. I’m getting impatient!
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? Definitely Hogsmeade... in the winter/during Christmas time.
1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 26 weeks...I’ve seen eggplant (which is apparently also the size at 28 weeks!?), a large turnip or a bunch of kale. So getting bigger...
2. How are you feeling? Really good! Overal i cant complain. I do have the occasional acid reflux which seems to be manageable, and I always have to pee. Other than that I feel good and he is moving like crazy!
3. Any appointments this week? None this week
4. Rants/raves/questions? We are finally setting up the furniture this weekend...I’m so excited! We are also taking a mini babymoon next week to Chicago for 4 days. I’m excited to have some time with just DH and I before he arrives. We have both been so busy the past few months that I feel like we have barely even had a date night.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? I’m not very good at coming up with these types of things...I would probably have to say Hogwarts since that is probably the last fictional book I read and most of the tv I watch right now is mindless trash tv like the Real Housewives.

2. How are you feeling? Good, overall no major problems, I just want to sleep all the time.
3. Any appointments this week? No, next week is glucose test.
4. Rants/raves/questions? Am getting totally thrown off guard sometimes by how hard the baby kicks. I feel like it's short circuiting and I then I can't finish my sentence.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? Probably the beavers' house in Narnia - but just for a long weekend.

27 weeks, baby is the size of a head of lettuce.
2. How are you feeling?
feeling huge and slow! Lots of swelling in the hands, feet and face. Trouble sleeping, but other than that I’m good.
3. Any appointments this week?
I had an appointment earlier this week. Passed the glucose but found out I’m anemic so am taking iron supplements. Bring on the constipation lol!
4. Rants/raves/questions?
I’m just going to rave again about my horrible boss getting let go! Work had been so much less stressful since last Thursday’s announcement.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go?
In Disney’s first Fantasia movie, Beethoven’s 6th symphony is set in this beautiful, Greek mythology inspired paradise. I wanna go there!

2. How are you feeling? Terrible. I'm exhausted all the time. Achy and now feeling really hot and thirsty all the time.
3. Any appointments this week? I had my 28 week appointment today, but had to cancel due to my never ending saga with the insurance sending our check for the car.
4. Rants/raves/questions? Not really any of these, but I have to switch midwives. Unfortunately my midwife's husband has been given only weeks to live so she's out indefinitely. I'm really sad for her and her family. I'm switching to another midwife in the practice that I'm familiar with so thankfully I don't feel uneasy about switching this late.
5. GTKY: To what fictional place would you most like to go? I don't really know. Maybe Neverland lol.

Pretty good! baby seems super low which I think it is early for that sort of thing! But so fun to be feeling him move and groove so much in there

Wednesday (30 week apt) always a day early because I like Wednesday appts best!

Not this week! Just coasting through these last weeks, or waddling more like it!

27 weeks, according to baby size baby is the size of a 1 lb basket of hot wings
2. How are you feeling? Eh. Tired and achey all the time. Getting up from bed or from sitting too long is getting difficult. Sciatica and heartburn are also making me uncomfortable.
3. Any appointments this week?
I had one on Tuesday. I filled out my pre registration for the hospital and had a quick peek at the baby. It was very rushed though.
4. Rants/raves/questions?
I was annoyed at my appointment because I complained to my DR about swelling I have been experiencing in only my left leg (I have terrible vericose veins in this leg) and she didn't even respond and was totally dismissive about it.

Definitely Hogsmeade!
