Brother for Lionel

We need help! Our older son is Lionel (we call him Leo) and he is about to be a big brother! We like more uncommon names that span cultures but aren't trendy or made up names. It cannot be biblical, in the top 100, or end in a 'ck', 'en' or long e sound because of the last name. We would also like something that's a longer name with a nickname like Leo's. Right now our only contender is Maxwell. Names that have been considered and tossed or we would use if not for the last name: Samson, Callum, Arthur, Frederick, Harrison. Please help! I feel like I am looking at the same names over and over again and do not love anything the way I did with Lionel.
