  Her son and mine are 2 days apart (Four years ago, DS came on her EDD, and her son came two days later). This year, her second baby was born on my DS's birthday. Sooooooo excited to go meet the little guy!! Also kind of excited to see the kids fawn over the baby, because their baby excitement is off the charts since we told them I'm pregnant.

  Planned: reorganize office, start laundry, do charting, buy Poppy her first real bike
  
  Actual: bought the bike and let Poppy take it for a ride — she so loved it! and caught on really quickly. Zero charting, zero laundry, zero reorganization.

  @rosebud332 Ahahaha that second gif is so, so true. I try to tidy up before naptime and bedtime and A just follows behind me and decides that every toy I’m picking up is THE toy he wants to play with.

  I searched down Gifs but failed. 
  what I envisioned: Awesome family vacation at Disney
  what happened: baby gave vomit/diarrhea virus (vomited all over car seat- 7 times last Saturday) to Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, and a mild version to brother and Mom - only grandma spared. Had a fun vacation, but a stressed out family gif at Disney would capture the trip.

  This is not a gif but we had a hilarious expectation vs reality moment this weekend when we took our dog to the groomer's with the expectation he'd end up with a bath and a nail trim (what we asked for)...

  @katy0990 The staff all blamed each other then apologized profusely.
  
  @echo-charlietango My husband had already paid (and tipped!) before they brought him out. He is too nice because I would not have left there without a refund! At least it'll grow back (eventually!)

  @maureenmce your dog is adorable! Sorry about the surprise shave, maybe he’ll be cooler in the heat at least? (Looking for a silver lining). My friend’s mom always had the belly of their long haired cat shaved in the summer so she wouldn’t get too hot. She was very self conscious about it and hid her belly for a couple days after.

  @tumbleweed-1 Yeah, at least it's summer! I know lots of dogs get summer shaves, we've just never done that with ours before (and would have liked to have chosen that option, haha.) 
  
  @CecilB93 Thanks! He's still pretty adorable.   The only sad thing is my DD is scared to pet him now! Hopefully that'll pass soon!
