- Other than added exhaustion I feel okay. I’m able to take a nap most days when my DS naps but that doesn’t keep me from falling asleep on the couch by 8 pm nightly. *TW* Anxiety is there, always, until I pass my m/c milestone. We had a missed m/c before my daughter back in 2011 so while we’ve had two healthy pregnancies, the feelings surrounding the loss never go away. *TW*
- Nutrition has been okay so far... I actually had gastric sleeve surgery early last year so I’m pretty conscious of what I eat. I’ve lost 130ish lbs from my highest weight. With my previous two pregnancies I relied heavily on carbs in the first tri (grilled bagels with cream cheese to be specific) so I’m waiting for the nausea to kick in so I can indulge again. Ha!
- No concerns really - I’m interested to see if I gain any weight with this pregnancy. My previous two I gained 9 each time and my kids were both 10 lbs.

- What is your estimated due date and how far along are you? EDD 5 Feb, so 8W2D.
- How are you feeling? What are your symptoms? Any anxiety? Nausea, fatigue, some food aversions starting to pop up. I felt a good shot of anxiety a couple of weeks ago when I was spotting, but am feeling pretty calm and happy since.
- How are you doing with activity and nutrition? Activity has dropped way off as I am exhausted by the time the working day is over. Lots of carbs (crackers, oranges, grapes, potato, pumpkin), not as much protein and green veg as normal as having some aversions to things I usually like (e.g. pork, beef, green beans, broccoli, courgettes).
- What are your questions, comments, and/or concerns? I'm a a bit nervous about how easy (hard) it might be to receive the epidural as a larger lady.

- What is your estimated due date and how far along are you? 6+4, EDD of 2/16. I had an ultrasound yesterday and I saw the heartbeat - YAY!
- How are you feeling? What are your symptoms? Any anxiety? I’m feeling okay. Definitely have nausea and food aversions but I’ve been craving fruits and veggies most of all. And olives. I want all the olives. I have been exhausted though. I don’t remember feeling like this when I was pregnant with my DS. I’m definitely having some anxiety still, though a little less now that I saw the heartbeat. TW* I’ve had two early losses over the course of trying to conceive this little one, but I’m past those milestones.
- How are you doing with activity and nutrition? I’m staying about as active as I was before being pregnant which mostly consists of chasing after my 2.5 year old and taking my dog for little walks throughout the day. Nutrition is okay, struggling to get enough protein.
- What are your questions, comments, and/or concerns? None right now!
Pregnancy is beautiful in all sizes.
I’m doing okay symptom wise. Mostly just super tired.
Nutrtition wise I’m doing so-so. Last pregnancy I ate nothing but cheese and carbs and lost weight until the last 6 weeks. This time I’m starting about 15lbs heavier so hopefully that happens again
I had had an epidural with no issues with DD.

- How are you feeling? What are your symptoms? Any anxiety? Sooo tired! Nausea has settled in too. I'm always anxious until I see the baby on the US.
- How are you doing with activity and nutrition? I was doing great! And then nausea and food aversions showed up so now it's carbs, carbs, and more carbs...and naps.
- What are your questions, comments, and/or concerns? Concerned about gaining too much weight this pregnancy! I'm about 15lbs heavier than I was with my previous pregnancies.
What is your estimated due date and how far along are you? EDD Feb 6th so 8 weeks exactly.
- How are you feeling? What are your symptoms? Any anxiety? Symptoms are nausea, tiredness, food aversions, body aches, cramps, constipation, sometimes diarrea, a cold I can't shake.
- How are you doing with activity and nutrition? Activity is at a minimum by the time I get home from work I'm exhausted and usually asleep by 7pm. Nutrition is just as bad, everything makes me throw up or feel queasy.
- What are your questions, comments, and/or concerns? We've had four losses (no live births) all between 6-8 weeks. I'd won't stop being anxious until I see a heartbeat. That probably won't do it either Hahaha. I just want a healthy baby.

What is your estimated due date and how far along are you?
EDD is February 8th based on nothing but a guess so far, lol. I’ll know more at my ultrasound on Friday. That makes me 7 weeks and 5 or 6 days depending on which app I consult, lol
- How are you feeling? What are your symptoms? Any anxiety?
I feel pretty ok considering. My boobs are sore and growing already. I am tired all day every day. I have smell aversions. The only food I’m having trouble with is eggs. My nausea is manageable and brief but I do get carsick now. I have SO MUCH anxiety. I hope that the pregnancy related anxiety gets better when I have my ultrasound on Friday. But I have tons of other anxiety that’s not pregnancy related.
- How are you doing with activity and nutrition?
My activity level is currently non existent lol. I am so tired by the end of the day that I just sit on the couch and watch tv. Though I have been making an effort to take short walks during the day and park further away from doors when I’m out. All the little tricks to increase activity. My nutrition is way better than it is when I’m not pregnant. The first two weeks after I found out I was doing so awesome! This week, not so awesome lol. I need to give myself a break though because I have been doing way better than before I found out I’m pregnant. I’ve lost weight between every visit at my doctors so that’s encouraging.
- What are your questions, comments, and/or concerns?
I’m worried that the reason I’ve lost so much weight is because I have gestational diabetes already.
Also, being a plus size lady, it’s kind of a bummer to know that I probably won’t show until I am way further along in my pregnancy. I won’t ever have the cute baby bump

I also lived in leggings & tunics. They’re amazingly forgiving.

feeling pretty good. No nausea, my stomach just feels gross.

I'm excersing 4/5 times a week, and I'm trying to eat better..but I will say I'm eating doritos right now

Every time I go to the bathroom I am expecting blood to be on my underwear (never had a miscarriage). I just feel like it's too good to be true.
