I am 27 week pregnant and hving bad insomnia and anxiety since i was 20 weeks pregnan.. Now i fear that my insomnia and anxiety will continue after having my baby too... How will i be able to handle my new born when I'm not sleeping n anxious... Will insomnia gets better after the baby is here... I wanted to be assured from experienced moms who had this during pregnancy...
I didn't have that during my pregnancy but I can say this, having a baby is so exhausting you're going to want to collapse lol try sleepy time tea and homeopathic stuff like that
