    I color in my sweary coloring book and listen to some rock music from my youth.

    If I'm super nervous and stress, coloring helps me calm down. As for just relaxing, a good book or tv show and some time outside.

    Lots of reading, definitely scented candles...

    Reading or organizing things. Time on the couch with the TV works too!

    @marebare15 @mschanandlerbong1214 I love coloring too! It’s so relaxing!

    Yoga!  I love finding one of Yoga with Adriene's videos for whatever I'm feeling that day.

    I second yoga, reading and scented candles!

    I've also recently been enjoying watching my dogs act like fools in the backyard after work. They get in their spashy pool and chase each other around. They're total clowns.

    Also. Dateline, on Friday nights :D

    @Sparty18 Yoga with Adriene is awesome!

    Reading (preferably something thoroughly happy/lite), baking and going for a run top my list, although yoga does help too!

    @surrrrahfinn yessss! Love to zone out with trashy tv or read.  Sometimes just getting up, doing my hair and make up make be feel better. A little more put together. I'll still be in sweats tho

    I don’t have one particular thing. It really depends what I’m in the mood for and why I’m stressed. My main ones are reading, doing a devotional, coloring or getting lost in a computer game. I take a lot of bubble baths in the dark on a regular basis to try and ward off daily stresses.

    Doing anything outside. I think I’m getting more and more addicted to my garden and pulling weeds becuase it’s really calming for me. I also like going out with a good friend for dinner and/or drinks to unwind.

    Reading and snacking or going Lilly shopping

    Running, yoga, cleaning or weeding. I normally hate gardening/weeding, but it is oddly therapeutic to pull the weeds out of your yard.

    Reading and sewing in complete silence
