Not sure what’s going on

got a faint bfp last week, and have had all the symptoms. Breasts sore from the day after conception, starving, bloated, nausea, smells setting me off... took another test Sunday and got nothing. But my breasts are still sore, AF is 5 days late, which never happens. Nausea has gone, breasts aren’t quite as sore, but my bloating has not gone down at all. I can’t even zip my pants! I’m emotional as hell too. Going to set up an appointment for a blood test because my last pregnancy was via IUI and my levels never registered on a urine test, just blood test. I have PCOS too. I’m freaking myself out because I have no idea what’s going on. I’m craving fruit and vegetables constantly. Getting up all night long to pee. I feel pregnant. My stomach, right above my pelvic bone, feels fuller, like there’s a weight resting there. No spotting or signs af is coming. My pants don’t fit! I can’t even button them now.
I hate not knowin for sure, but I’m afraid it’s all in my head, but then I don’t think it is. I don’t know what I’m asking even, I guess it’s more vent of concern. I just hate not knowing what’s going on.

Re: Not sure what’s going on

  • Do mean "got nothing" as in not a BFP? Unfortunately, symptoms can linger even if something goes wrong because it's not HCG, it's the other hormones causing symptoms and they are still being pumped out. My advice is to go get betas ASAP.

Yeah. First test showed a faint line. Positive. Second test showed no positive line. I’ll make an appointment for this week.

First BFP was the day AF was due. My first pregnancy was with IUI and it didn’t show a positive urine test, but did show up a few days later with blood test. I might just be someone who doesn’t show early. I don’t know. It was a pink dye test. First response. I’m going to keep treating my body as if I am pregnant until I learn otherwise. And I’ll make an appointment for a blood test this week.
  • All those symptoms you listed are normal for AF, PCOS, and pregnancy. They really don’t mean anything. You really won’t have any answers until they draw betas.

I figured. But I don’t typically get symptoms from my PCOS, and AF I typically have a change in my breath and cramping, but that’s it. I’ll get betas done this week
