Sunday-We ordered chinese because I was exhausted from the weekend Monday-Leftover chinese and watermelon because my husband was out of town and...still exhausted Tuesday-Plan is to grill a bunch of chicken and veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zuchinni) so we will have healthy lunches/leftovers for the rest of the week Wednesday-Leftovers, my son has baseball practice Thursday-Chicken tikka masala with zuchinni, peppers, and rice Friday-Pizza Saturday-Wedding

Monday - we had take-out because of baseball practice Tuesday - tacos (just simple ground beef tacos in hard shells) Wednesday - Cajun shrimp pasta Thursday - smoked sausage, mashed potatoes and corn pudding (per my kids' request) Friday - grilling burgers, mets, and corn on the grill Saturday - likely eating out/take-out Sunday - probably take-out again
We have so many projects going on this weekend around the house that I'm not even going to pretend to cook dinner.

Sunday - Grilled steak tips, grilled asparagus, and grilled potato packets (I sliced potatoes, seasoned them, and rolled them in foil to be cooked on the grill) Monday - Eggplant parm Tuesday - Instant Pot Buffalo chicken pasta Wednesday - Pulled pork sandwiches (pork to be made in the Instant Pot) Thursday - leftovers maybe, hopefully Friday - chicken nuggets & fries (our typical Friday meal on weeks that DH has to pick up my SS for the weekend) Saturday - ?????????
I feel like the farther along I get, the less meal planning I do....scares me for when baby comes how unmotivated I'll be then!
Sunday- Salmon, asparagus and mashed potatoes Monday- Baked chicken with green beans Tuesday- Ground Turkey Chili Wednesday- Brown Sugar Rubbed Pork loin with broccoli Thursday- TBD Friday- Family coming in- making 2 huge lasagna's with salad Saturday- Family (10 people staying at my house!) here so we'll probably grill burgers and dogs Sunday- Baby Shower!

@SmashJam they're seriously so easy and one of my DS favorites!! Boneless pork chops A bag of French fried onions crushed 1 tbsp flour Egg
Beat the egg Crush the French fried onions and add your flour, mix it up. Dip the pork chops in the egg then the French fried onions to coat. Bake 425 for 20 minutes or until cooked through
I serve with potatoes that I dice and coat in olive oil and then sprinkle a packet of Lipton onion soup mix on them and bake at 425 about 40 minutes!
