19+6 anatomy scan. Went to a mfm doctor because of close pregnancies. They said I can continue regular OB care which is good. I love my OB! Baby is just fine and weighs 12 oz. They said that was 60 percentile. Baby looked so big I was shocked. He did not wanna face the camera again to get a profile view even with several pokings. I had high BP but it came down a little. Im excepting over 8 pound baby this time because DS was 7.14 and they said he was 30 percentile at 20w.
@sliztee Ugh I am 20w and randomly feel movement. like only once or twice a day if I am relaxed so hardly! I am hoping they tell me the same, I am starting to get worried. (2nd pregnancy and I don't remember when I felt more with the 1st!) What a cute pic though! Why do they need more pics of the heart? I am sorry if I missed it somewhere
She couldn’t get him to get in the right position for her to take measurements of the heart, @Laumb11. I’m sure your little on is just fine! I’m a little happy I can’t feel mine right now because of how active he is
My little girly from the anatomy scan at 19+1. Got the results of the genetics blood work and low risk (less than 1/10,000 chance) for all the tested genetic issues. So relieved.
Here is my Blast! I’m more convinced than ever that xe is a triceratops, but distinctly, xe is a tiny human!
It cracked me up at the ultrasound because at the end Guncle was like “wow! and you didn’t even get a look at the gonads!” I told him the tech had absolutely looked at them, she just didn’t comment that was what she was looking at. So he wanted to know what the baby was, and I told him I’m not an ultrasound tech, I didn’t know what I was looking at. She laughed and said she already forgot baby’s sex and made good on her exit...
But I’m leaning triceratops. But xe could still be a stegosaurus.
Anatomy scan this morning! It was incredibly difficult but we managed to stay team green! Have to go back in 2 weeks as they couldnt get good pictures of the spine.
I’m not sure if this is supposed to go in Anatomy Scan thread or here... but anyway here’s my 20w 3day 3D gram that isnt completely creepy (my 13 week one was so horrifying I couldnt look at it). This one actually looks human!
I just bumped up the thread that tells you how to change your default user name. That makes it easier for us to get to know each other.
Also, if you haven’t already, you might take a few minutes to read the Read This First thread and cruise through some of the other threads to get a feel for the board.
Congratulations on your baby, and I look forward to getting to know you better through this forum!
I know I'm being an AW but look at the little feetses! I love baby feet.

My little contortionist! He was giving the ultrasound tech fits because he was all curled up, to the point his toes were resting against his forehead. He also likes to sleep with his left arm tucked under his head, just like his momma! So in love! Get to go back in 4 weeks for another us because they couldn't get all the pics they needed of his heart and left arm. My tummy was crazy sore afterwards because of all the poking and prodding to get him to move into a better position.
I had a follow up appointment with my midwives to see where we go from here and they did another US. I wanted to triple check that there was only 2 in there. It was so cute to see them interacting, but they were just kicking and hitting each other. Hopefully that’s not a sign of things to come.
20+3 anatomy scan today. Baby is doing great and weighs 15oz- wasn't surprised he's getting big, large babies run in the family. Baby was cooperative for the most part except for the lower spine pic- he was using my cervix as a seat and wouldn't move. So, I have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan. DH and I are over the moon about our little guy!
Little dude is measuring ahead of the game (seriously, he’s measuring like 25 weeks/4 days when he’s only 24 weeks/1 day), but we finally got those heart pictures today.
Nope! The doctor said it's too early to know if he'll grow ahead of schedule throughout my pregnancy. While he might be in the 92nd percentile for weight at the present moment, he could easily be in the 60th come his due date; it's just too early to tell. She also said that I shouldn't be concerned, and believe me, I definitely was when the tech told me how much he'd grown since I saw him last! @chopchop25

In typical fashion of my family, “no cameras please”
It’s so exciting to get these 4d pictures!
