I'm 7 weeks and 2 days, supposedly. My dating US is next Wednesday!
How are your kiddos doing?
DD is doing great! She's a late teether and is finally getting more teeth in (she's almost 2!) And the past few days she's had the WORST rash, we think she's allergic to tomatoes as it always happens when she eats them.

I'd seriously hope I had my phone for entertainment, my daughters "B", (Aka, her blankie), and gummies. Gummies all day!

The water in the toilet bowl, of course! She's obsessed with toilets and flushing them.

He is LOVING being outside so much now, which makes for easy clean up.

I had a cheap Doppler lady time that I bought used for like $10 and never heard his heartbeat with. I am debating if I should buy a decent one this time. Any thoughts or recommendations?

How are your kiddos doing? My 2.5 yo son is doing ok. He's going through a rough couple of weeks where he is having a hard time at daycare drop off. Other than that, he's doing well!
Rants/raves/questions? Just curious how all this is going to go down when we have 2 more babies!

Uhhhhh....I honestly don't remember! It was last night, lol. Maybe the playing cards I was using.

How are your kiddos doing?
DD is great, except she is teething off and on. It's the 2 year molars, so they're pretty painful. She was good for a couple of days but last night when I was brushing her teeth she started crying and literally said "my teeth hurt, i want medicine" so we gave her some motrin and that seemed to help. Poor thing. In good news, she is going through the cuddliest phase ever and giving me and her dad HUGE hugs and kissies all the time, and it is the best. Randomly, she's also going through a necklace phase where every night she wants to pick out one of my necklaces and wear it, and last night she insisted on wearing ALL of my necklaces at once, which was pretty cute (and ended up a tangled mess, lol.)

We *have* to start potty training this weekend but I haven't read the potty training book we ordered yet and I am not psyched about it, but...yeah. Has to happen.

Her alphabet puzzle that she is OBSESSED with and can spend hours doing and redoing, every type of fruit, her tablet and stacks of books.

Oh, probably one of the cats. She has been wanting to hug them lately instead of just pet them and she puts her whole body weight on them...it's not great. Poor kitties can run fast at least!

Rants/raves/questions? Starting to really get nervous about the thought of 3 kids but then I think 'I've totally got this' (:

GTKY: What is the last thing you told you kid not to touch? Probably told my 5 year old to not touch ME. And probably told my 2 year old to not touch his butt.

How are your kiddos doing? Good good. My son is 16 months and I can't even with him these days. Today he figured out how to open his closet, where I keep his toys organized, so that's a big ol' mess that won't resolve until I put some sort of a lock on the doors. He's also super into grabbing stuff out of our bathroom drawers (again, they need childproofed, argh). Today I found him, again, with my bottle of DHA pills open and dumped on the floor around him.
Rants/raves/questions? Nothing really today. I've got to figure out how to wean A before we go on our big Scandinavia trip in 2 months. I don't think he'll really care, but I just want to do it right to avoid mastitis. But maybe it's a non-issue, because I don't think there's much that he's getting anyway. He's started essentially rejecting my right side at night and pointing to my water bottle that I keep nearby
GTKY: If you were stranded somewhere with your kids, what are three things you'd hope to have on hand? Well, my loaded diaper bag for one. Pouches...and maybe a ball, since that's A's favorite toy.

He’s doing great! His current diet and meds are working wonders and he’s so happy lately. I’m loving it. (He has some allergic syndromes)

Rave: just got his prescription formula approved by insurance this afternoon. It’s such a huge relief as we trial it and try to wean again.

Also- I second the sonoline. Not sure which version I got last time, but I loved mine. Found it on Groupon for about the same.

She’s fab. Currently walking around with a hand weight which she for some reason thinks is the best ever. Workin those muscles!

It’s my anniversary and although we aren’t doing anything, I’m just happy. I also don’t have to cook so that’s pretty great too.

Going practical...diapers, wipes, and food. Food makes my kid very happy.

Probably the trash can. It’s a constant battle.

How are your kiddos doing? she’s good! She turns 1 in a little over 2 weeks and I am a mess. I can’t believe she’s almost a toddler.
Rants/raves/questions? my daughter goes to bed firmly at 7 and wakes at 645. Will she ever stay up later? She’s always going to have that wake up until she goes to school. But I’d like to not worry about her being a mess if were out past 7.

Great! My daughter is 2, almost 3. I’m excited for summer to not have to work (teacher) and spend more time with her.

I feel bad because I have been so tired lately. I feel like I don’t have the energy I wish I had when I am home in the evenings and it’s not fair for my daughter. At least summer is a couple of weeks away.

My almost 4 year old has been all the mischief and all the sweetness lately. Yesterday she arrived in our bedroom fully dressed (complete with dress up jewelry and lots of clips in her hair) at 6:30 am. Usually she’s not a morning person except on weekends, so I dunno what’s up with that. So cute tho.

Rave: I had my first OB appt yesterday, and after a brief scare when they couldn’t find the heartbeat, had an ultrasound and got to see the beautiful little heartbeat. I couldn’t stop crying.

and then I’d be praying for someplace for her to run around and play. Or at least have a dance party.

Can’t remember the most recent because see above re: major mischief phase. Probably “Don’t touch anything until you’ve washed your hands after eating or using the toilet.” At least half a dozen times a day. Last night I found strawberry jam (I think?) on my wardrobe mirror.

Shes doing good. We finally told her about the baby. She kind of understands it, but I look forward to it sinking in more in the months to come.

STM+ I swear I felt some flutters laying on the couch this evening. It’s only in one position. Anyone else feeling anything yet. My first kiddo I didn’t feel till closer to 20 weeks.

I recommend the Sonoline doppler; I posted a link earlier in this thread for one similar to the one I have, I don't think it's the exact one though but it's the same brand.

How are your kiddos doing? Oldest and middle are great! They're in the middle of their standardized testing and the chaos of the end of the year. Youngest is OK... Terrible two's and cutting 2 year molars. oof.
Rants/raves/questions? Anyone who is pregnant with older kids should be gifted a chauffer/uber driver to take their kids around through the first trimester! I get super nauseous in the car and it just takes all of my energy to drive around town. blah.
GTKY: If you were stranded somewhere with your kids, what are three things you'd hope to have on hand? 1.) Snacks 2.) Water 3.) a fan in case it was hot!

@rosebud332 Food makes my DS very happy too. lol He is constantly eating.
@misscheapandchic Our DS is going to be 2 at the end of the month so I don't think he'd even understand. He was running around saying baby before I even took a pregnancy test though and the other day he was pointing to my belly and saying baby, so I guess he knows.
@mphillips2 @PensiveCrayon I do believe it is possible for some people to feel flutters this early. I don't think it's common, but it does happen. My friend was pregnant with her third this time last year and felt her baby super early! I have felt stuff but I know it's gas/my organs because I'm only 7w6d there's no way I'm feeling anything with my baby the size of a blueberry!
@orangecrush29 I caught my son with his foot IN the dog water bowl a couple months ago. Then I had little wet footprints on the wood floors. I don't know why kids are drawn to that stuff. lol
