  Hello! I personally haven't bought any nursing bras yet but we do have a thread discussing a lot of options other ladies have enjoyed.   I have checked this out, there's very little and the places that are mentioned don't even make sizes that would fit me. I'm looking for bras in 4x-5x size or around 44h+. Nowhere listed there have sizes like that.

  You may have more luck browsing other boards for a similar post, especially BMBs for moms that recently had babies who may have more feedback.

  You might try Bare Necessities.  They carry Nursing Bras in larger sizes.  The link below is to a selection of 44H nursing bras.
