If you scroll down, there's a thread that says in it's name that it's about seabands and that they work great. You can find a review there. Also, there are hundreds of things people try, many of which only work for some people. Google is your friend. Also, there are many threads already on this board about morning sickness. I recommend scrolling down and clicking on threads to read what others have done.
