So we took Quinn off the table for a first name for baby girl it's most likely a middle name. We decided on Wes.ley Jame.s for twin B and I'm getting more desperate to find girls name. Middle name will so far be either Quinn, Kate, or Olivia.

With a great name like Wesley don’t try to turn a masculine name cutesy for the girl and use Elliott. She deserves a great strong long lasting name too
I picked Lauren too, upon hearing "Elliotte" people may assume boy twins. As a twin mom myself I know people already make enough assumptions about twins. Another suggestion to go with Lauren is Laurel.
Wesley and Eleanor could also be Wes and Elle. I think using the same vowel sound (short e) makes the names pair nicely without being sickeningly similar.

I liked eleanor too but DS is Theodore and they're just a bit too close :-(

Lauren sounds the best. A strong traditional name like Wesley and seems like it’s from the same era as well. Olivia sounds like a much older name. Elliott on a girl is way too trendy to pair with Wesley!
