Baby girl names

Alright, I'm 18 weeks and still don't know the baby's gender. My husband already picked out the boy name, but he said I get to pick the name for a girl.
The names I really like are Zoey Elowen, Billie Arwen, and Gwendolyn. I can't think of a middle name for Gwendolyn. What are y'alls thoughts?

Zoey and Gwendolyn are great. I have to be honest though Billie is very country bumpkin.

Billie is not even in the same universe as Zoey and Gwendolyn, which I think are both great options.

I like Gwendolyn and Zoey. I do not like Billie.
I think with Gwendolyn, a simpler, classic middle name will flow better.

I think Zoey is just as cutesy as Billie and the Gwendolyn is the odd one out, comparatively. Personally really like Billie and Zoey and think Gwendolyn is a little over the top, but if you go with that I like PP suggestion of Gwendolyn Claire.
