Could this be early labor?

I am 37 weeks and 5 days, I have been having contractions for 4 almost 5 hours. They started at 8 minuets apart lasting 30 to 40 seconds. They are now 7 minutes apart and lasting 40 to 45 seconds and a tad bit more intense. On top of that I lost my mucus plug last night. Does this sound like I’m going into labor?

You might be but don't get too excited since you're only 37 weeks. I'd just pack your bag in case and try and sleep. If it is labor you'll wake up trust me lol.
